Hi,

I have made a payment of Rs 1, 342/- to oyorooms from the UPI ID pay.frosti.[protected]@okicici on 09-03-23. The UPI transaction reference number is[protected]. But booking not showing in mobile app.

Please help me in refunding the amount at earliest....

Its been more than a month yet my refund was not provided as the coustomer care promised to provide it by 7-14 working days asking them for the same in which there response was it will take few more days and than transfere my call to some other entity in which they put the call in a loop where no reponse is provided called complained it many times yet no seriousness is taken for the same...

I booked the prepaid hotel booking through booking ID UYZ50874 on 22 December 2022 however, while at the time of check in hotel manager decline to give me access to the property citing that OYO does not give them their share of the revenue and embezzles all the booking amount with them only. I called the oyo number and your reservation desk member said he'll book an oyo for me and gave me this link through which I paid. He then cut the call on me before giving any booking id. Now I've lost money and got no oyo room. I need refund. You can check all the details in the screenshot. My registered oyo number is [protected]. I paid using [protected]. Without booking id I can't proceed further...

Despite shifting confirmation with Oyo Customer Service, check-in was denied for two hotels in a row
After reaching out about the approx. 400rs travelling charges for the second Oyo room, they denied check-in stating Oyo had not credited the Wallet and after talking to customer care they mentioned we will investigate this.

It has been 2 months still my complaint has not been resolved.
I made a booking with amount 1296/-, paid via UPI. Money deducted from bank and I checked with bank customer service as well, that transaction was successful. But from Oyo side, person consitently mentioned that we cant do anything as booking id is not generated and I have to contact bank people only to check wrong transaction.
Oyo, did not try to see if they recieved...

I booked a room in hotel orient flagship 73965 on 1st march through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 542₹ apart from 458 which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1000. They also refused...

Dear oyo,

I came to hotel at morning 9 am today. They refused to check in. They said, they did not receive full amount from your side.
I booked this property in advance full payment to oyo and requested for early check in. But here situation was totally opposite. I called ur customer care that time and took more than an hour but nothing happened. Even I asked to ur customer care for booking another property nearby....
