Cancelation charge is 2.5% however i have been charged 25%.
I have invocie of 2.5% cancelation charge which is 261rs.

wallet payment 1477

I have recvd the wallet refund. However card payment; i have recvd only 6919Rs.

Kindly help me get the complete refund.

customer care guy is saying I have used the cashback.
Cashback sent to my account should have been reversed, it was not done. I placed new order only after canceling this one.
If you want to deduct cashback, deduct from my wallet not from my bank card. Cashback goes to wallet, not to my credit card.

      I recently bought a chest of drawers from Pepperfry and it is so costly. What I received is a piece of trash, the entire furniture is wobbly and not sturdy at all. everytime I pull the drawers, the boards come out. Another small foldable stool I had bought too had scratches on it.
      I had ordered a total of three products.
      After having such a bad experience with my earlier products, I wanted to cancel the third product. So the answer I get from the PF team is it will not be cancelled. I am paying from my hard earned money to receive damaged products.
      The customer executives bluntly says we cannot cancel. whereas their website says "easy returns". They are fooling the customers.

        I have raised the return request for a single product of my order[protected]. It has too soft bottom and no where in the description it is written it has a soft bottom. I don't have any issue with other 2 products from this order. I have raised a return request and your team member called me to tell he he cant take this return. I request you to take this back bliss 5 seater and give us christopher 3 seater. Please find ways to resolve this issue.

          Faulty bed not being picked up for return

          I purchased a single bed from Pepperfry. The assembly carpenter that came declared the bed faulty and was unable to assemble it.
          He said that one of the long bolts is stuck and cannot be repaired so I filed a return request.
          The same person calls me every other day and tells me this technician will be sent and we need to confirm the problem.
          I said ok. The technician came after 3-4 days and said the same thing.

          I recently ordered Nariko 4 Door Wardrobe from Pepperfry. When the product was assembled I found the backside of the product is thin as sheet and can break very easily. The finish of the product is also dull and looks old. The product is not worth the price and not satisfied with the quality of product. I raised a return request and the customer service said the order cannot be returned as well the product will not come as you imagine. Work customer service. Such rude was the response. Fooling people for hard earned money. I regret buying it from Pepperfry and urge not to buy from Pepperfry. I regret buying and paying upfront. If someone can help me return the product and get my money back.

          I am really disappointed with the quality and also found lot of bad reviews regarding this product but not on your app. Please post genuine reviews on app so that people can make informed decisions and avoid this hassle and harassment of returning the product. Your customer service said the product will not be as per your imagination. Agreed learned lesson that Pepperfry does not promote quality products. Buying via you means quality which unfortunately is not the case. I regret paying upfront and just can tolerate the product and don’t know what to do with it. It’s a genuine request I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND NEED REFUND.

            Thank you for you email which actually did not make any sense to us ! This is to inform you that we have had an issue with the table we have bought on pepperfry which came with an manufacturing defect ! So we had lodged a complaint post delivery and we. We’re told the carpenter would come and inspect days passed and no one came and suddenly it was mentioned to us that’s it our fault ! We were blankly mentioned that customer has not accepted and it’s customers fault ! Which is really saddening and horrible on pepperfry’s part as we are very old and regular customers of pepperfry ! And frankly have never faced such an in -human customer service before From pepperfry ! Still we pursued it and second time the carpenter had come taken photos and clearly mentioned that it’s nilkamals branded table and surely they will exchange it as its is MANUFACTURE defect ! It has been almost a month that this issue is going on it’s NOT RESOLVED as yet to our satisfaction so I am really sorry mr Anirudh this issue cannot be closed at your end !
            It’s not our fault that we have rejected it or not liked the colour so we want an exchange ! It’s your fault and your Manufacturers fault .. it’s as simple as that! mr Anirudh kindly replace the table ( stock is available I can clearly see it on your website ) or send me the money with current cost as it has increase and again if it’s a new order assembly charges will apply .. I have already paid that for my order ! . If the full amount will be given I don’t mind returning this table and placing a new order for the same table ! I hope it’s simple and clear ! I not asking for anything which is not viable !

            This is not fair on pepperfrys part being such a big and prestigious company ! I did not expect That we have to follow up SO MUCH ! And still in the name of terms and conditions you are harassing us !

            Nilkamal is a renowned brand have not expected This from them as well !! Hoping this issue was conveyed to nilakamal from pepperfry before us !

            Please solve this at the earliest !

              The recliner edges are protruding and the cushion is not available at the edges, due to which we hurt ourselves. Number of times informed to the outlet where we bought to the SM, however he is not providing resolution or sometime does not pick the call. I was planning to buy one more recliner, however the first impression is very bad.

                I purchased a 3 door cupboard by January and within 1 month door came out. Complained and their engineer said its beyond repairable and need to be replaced as it's in warranty period. I want my money to be refunded but now company is blaming that we can't use it.

                    We had ordered few product with some commitment by person named manam from ahmedabad store at titanium one.building, sg highway.
                    Now as we already asked before ordering that we need to deliver the product along with installation as we are living 230 km away from ahmedabad office. Now today people delivered the project and asked us to install it tomorrow. But since we are not living in the city, we either need to travel again tomorrow back from our home town to facilitate their work of installation.
                    We already mentioned them that we need
                    delivery and installation at the same time but they promised at the time of order. This is not ethical from your side of pepperfry store. We feel cheated at the time of order. We need proper support from the coordination team of pepperfry and need to resolve the issue by today. Or else we need to spend money for tomorrow travel and we would need this issue to bring into light with other people.

                      I have purchased a Mattress from the aforementioned organization, the Mattress was purchased on the promise of the quality. But within a week a Sag was developed in the Product causing a lot of Pain during sleeping.
                      I was diagnosed with Severe Back Ache due to sleeping on this product.
                      Also when I raised the same on mail for Refunr/Return. I was told to pay Rs 2600 for this.

                        I have bought a king size bed with storage in mid of June 2021 and we started using it from July 1st 2021. After 6 months in the beginning of January 2022, noise was coming when we were sitting on it. Then when we checked, we understood that one of the joining bar broke and because of that the slabs of the bed was getting too much load. Since it was experiencing too much load, the slabs also started to break and out of the 5 slabs, one side of 3 slabs already broke. And raising this issue I have sent a return request to the company. For which they have sent a carpenter and he had commented that the item has to be replaced . But the company refused that the item cannot be replaced and only the part of the item which is having issue can be replaced. But I strongly requested for the item replacement, which they did not agree. The spokesperson of the company then said that she will try to rectify the issue but in vain. After too many approaches from my side I got a mail that this issue is not resolvable and they are closing the issue it seems.
                        Pepperfry is such a bad company with such a bad customer support. Their team do not have any respect to the customers as well as their customers hard earned money.

                        I want the item to be taken back as the issue of this item cannot be rectified.

                          I purchased the below product on Jan 2021 for INR around 25000.

                          Its a engineered wood, once it crossed the warranty period it got broken.

                          I wrote to pepperfry for a resolution but they are not interested as the warranty period has crossed.

                          Even a local carpenter feels difficult to repair the cot as its a engineered wood, now I don't have any other option other than to scrap the product.

                            The complaint is not resolved but still it is showing as resolved. Why?
                            Order was placed using credit card and then order is cancelled and the refund is made to Pepperfry Wallet instead to credit card from which the payment is actually made. Moreover, the pepperfry wallet does not allow us to withdraw the wallet balance. This is not acceptable and hence the wallet application should be cancelled and put fine and penalties on pepperfry. I am going to raise the concern to RBI now.

                              Its being so long i have raised request for return of 3 Door wardrobe, it says pick up requested (weeks before). No one has been assigned to pick the item and no information from customer care or any. Tired of writing to them the only revert i get it issue is resolved ticket is closed pls raise new request. How can you close the ticket without taking acknowledgement. Call backs never comes back post your order stuff.

                                This has been happening for 3 days and pepperfry has not been able to assign a different carpenter for assembly.

                                  I bought the table looking at images shown to me in the product gallery. The product gallery displayed width to be 19.5 inches which suited my requirement.
                                  Once the product arrived, I measured the dimensions and knew it's not correct/

                                  I am posting both the images.

                                  1.) In "Screenshot[protected].jpg", you would see the table width to be 19.5 Inches.
                                  2). Now see the image "IMG[protected].jpg" which i clicked once the product was delivered. You would notice the table is approx 32 inches wide. If you consider packaging of 2 inches then also it's 28 inches wide.

                                  I have no place in my house where I can fit this. This is misleading information displayed at pepperfry website which led me to buy this item.

                                    I highly regret buying this wardrobe for my old father whose room I had set up when I was in Kolkata in March 2021.
                                    At first I ignored the bad fitting and it's gaps all over let alone the cardboard at the back.
                                    But I am aghast against the mould and fungus that has grown all over the wardrobe not just outside but also inside. I clean it and it comes back in two days!!!
                                    I visited him this Feb just to be shocked at all the clothes that had gotten spoilt nonetheless i felt so bad for my old father to be breathing into the same room this wardrobe exist.
                                    I demand pepperfry to take this piece of crap from my home which is neither usable not healthy and refund my amount.
                                    Infact it's is dangerous for old people to have a 7' tall fungus filled junk in the same room! I wonder why do they even sell things without checking it's quality and trearing it to be mould free.
