Not sure how the ShoppersStop Customer Care process or online orders are handled and why they arent heeding to reported issues.
I had placed online order for 3 quantities of 'Embroidered Sheer 2 in 1 Window Curtain' of same color (Green mix), design, brand, pattern and material on 23rd September 2020. Order number is[protected]. Total amount paid: Rs. 2848.50.
On 28th September 2020 the order was delivered. Since one curtain was of different color, upon calling customer care ([protected]) within few minutes of receiving the order (11:07 PM), exchange process was initiated.
On 29th September 2020, the courier guy was handed over the whole order in the same package (all 3 curtains). After writing multiple times, only an acknowledgement was being sent by them. Numerous phone calls made to CustomerCare also were answered and was always told that a feedback would be provided within 48 hours.
Until 28th October 2020, this order number was listed in the ShoppersStop mobile App. But after that day, upon entering my email id and Order Id, blank page following message is being displayed 'Oh! 503 Our server is little overwhelmed! We should be up in a few minutes.'. No action has been taken for this as well even after reporting it multiple times.

Updated by harshadev On 10th October 2020, only one curtain was received as exchange. Not been getting any proper feedback on the 2 other curtains which were also returned along with the faulty one. As per the conversation attached (30th Oct 2020 2:05 pm), was supposed get updates by 2nd Nov 2020. Since this is the same response past a month (CAS[protected]F4V3P7 CRM:[protected].
