Bad customer care service

I placed one order and the courier partner was unable to deliver, the VERY 2nd day when I got the out for delivery text I called courier that no one is reaching out to me to deliver actually and updating false information. instead of complaining I did not get delivery on 2nd as well as 3rd attempt. hence I wrote to Shopper stop marking cc to courier.
I requested them to re attempt and after making so many efforts I got to know that...

Shipping

I have placed an order on shopperstop on 23-jan-2021
and it is being shipped my ecom express and it has reached destination delivery center on[protected] and haas not yet been delivered and when i called ecom customer care they told me that " your order has been cancelled by shopperstop" now i dont know is it shopperstop to be blamed or ecom express. Refund for order cancelled not credited even after 1.5 months

I had ordered a kurti on 26th of November 2020. Since it was taking more than the expected delivery time and I was moving out of station, I had cancelled the order on 2nd December. It has been 1.5 months and I haven't received my refund amount. I followed up with them on emails, online customer care but haven't received any help so far.

Charged incorrectly

We bought a skirt from the shoppers stop jaipur outlet which had a price 999 written on it with a 70% off coupon. Ideally it should be around 300 rupees but in the bill it was charged at 599. This is highly incorrect as what is written and what is charged are totally different. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I’m attaching the tag and the bill along with the complaint....

Fossils watch

I have given my fossils watch for leather strap problem they changed the strap in one month then also the strap is very poor and not same to the previous one and quality of the strap is very poor they took it on 17th of nov and now today on 18th December they are telling it will take one more month very poor customer service and i will copy this and send it to consumer forum for poor behavior...

About getting money back

I had ordered two dresses from the shoppers stop app. I got my order. I wanted to return my order then l requested to return the order next day delivery man came and took the return package but still l didn't get my money back that l spend to order the dress.. W kurta purchased from shoppers stop 19SKW13976-111896 defective

I had purchased W white and blue kurta with the above product number on 18/07/2020. When I recently wore it I found that it is damaged with two small torn circles in the front.

Wallet became ZERO without any transactions

I had Rs.5000 in the wallet and after one transactions of Rs.2065, i observed that rest of the amount is also deducted and wallet balance is ZERO now. Upon complain there is no proper response till date....

Order not delivered not cancelled

Its been almost 1 month since I placed my order[protected] on 21 Oct out of which I have not received one item.

I contacted shoppers stop team multiple times to cancel the order and I just get an assurance that they will update in 24-48hrs and will take personal care in ensuring the order gets cancelled. I have emailed them thrice even raised a compliant on their website but no one has replied....
