fake perfume from shoppers stop

Hi recently bought ferragamo elegenza from shoppers stop at world trade park jaipur rajasthan.

I previously bought signoria from same store. It was perfect. For 5500 for 100 ml.. Super satisfied with product.
This time i bought

Doesnt stay at all. Its an edp and does not stay on my skin or clothes. I am a perfume lover. And ferragamo fan. I am highly dissapointed....

I have returned the product on shoppers stop.com.. And it's been 15 days i have not received the refund.. Have been calling plenty of times to customer care.. Also have put mails.. But there is no response... This is a worst ever online experience i had.. Please refund my money..

Please stop your online business if you don't meet customers expectations...
