Additional Billing for items not purchased

Hi I had purchased for 4 items, but they had billed me for total 5 items (Rs. 499 exta) for item which i didnt purchased. Luckily I had noticed this before exiting the counter, and escalted the issue. Then their store manager approached me after 30 mins with an appology and he offered me a refund of Rs. 500 via Shoppers Stop Voucher. They had claimed Rs. 499 extra fom me by fradulent means and was offering a refund which doesnt serve my purpose....

Item missing at delivery counter

I purchased 10 items out of which 9 were delivered from the counter after payment. However at that point of time I did not notice it. Cheating and Mental Harrasment

I made a purchase of one trouser at Shopper Stop in Kormanagala, Bangalore.
Later I gave it for alteration at same place as well. But somehow I lost the payment and alteration receipt for the same.

Now its been more than 15 days and they are yet to produce the trouser. Everytime I go, they make me wait for long hours and are not even serious towards this problem. The worst part is they keep on making different excuses...

Disgusting quality of products available

This to bring to your notice that I had bought my RED TAPE shoes from your Pune store. The quality of the shoes was so bad that it had to be replaced and a CREDIT NOTE was given instead. I bought my shoes of ARROW from your R-City Mall Ghatkoper today. When i returned back home it turned out that the shoe lace was turned out to be damaged.

Low Quality Sandals

I bought a pair of sandals from Shoppers Stop for Rs. 900 and within 1 week the beads which were fitted on the top of the sandals came off. The company is not ready to get it replaced for me.

They will only service it and that too will take 21 working days. People cannot waste their time visiting the shop 2-3 times just for getting a pair of sandals repaired which couldn't even last properly for one week....
