This is from our experience while buying two watches at the shoppers stop outlet at south city mall, Kolkata. The staff at the watches section were behaving as if it was a fish market. While we were looking at and choosing the watches we liked, all the staff from the other brands surrounded us with their respective watches and started trying to show us their items. Even while we were walking from one section to another with our selected watches, the staff from other brands were calling out and saying madam, you didn't see my watches. Despite repeatedly asking them to give us a moment of peace (and space for they were crowding around my mother and me) they would not move away. It was really a form of harassment as it seemed intentional after a point. It was very embarrassing too. We do not visit your outlets to deal with such behavior. The staff at the traditional shops know how to behave with their customers much better. Please train your staff properly and teach them how to behave with customers.

    I placed an order 22 days back. I am in Chennai. When I make calls to customer care, there are saying that my order was delivered in WestBengal. How these people are sending to West Bengal, if Chennai is in Tamilnadu? Worst service. Every time, they say they will resolve it in 24 hours. But they never.

      Hi Team, This is to bring into your notice, with the highest priority, about the torturous customer experience we faced at MGF Gurgaon Mall outlet at Shopper Stop. We had purchased a Casio Ladies watch on 19th September 2015, which we realized had a minor glass defect (apparent scratch-like pattern) and thus came back with the product on 24th September 2015. We had complained about the issue to the customer care representative at the MGF outlet of SS, they handed over our case to Retail Manager, Ms. Rachna Gupta. Ms. Rachna was unbearably insolent towards us, and completely refused to address our issue. Later, on our pleading request she somehow agreed to send our watch to Casio for further intervention. Now this is what happened next: 1) We submitted the watch and were given a 35 day return assurance. 2) On 1st October i received a call from Casio that the upper part of the watch would be completely replaced if we'd pay rupees 500 extra. 3) Highly perturbed by Ms Rachna's denial of service and ruder behavior, we agreed for the payment of extra 500 rupees. 4) On 1st October itself the Casio respondent replied that he will deliver the watch within 15 days, starting 1st October 2015. 5) Ever since our approval of getting the watch fixed(which ideally should've been on the expenditure of SS), till date Customer care at MGF outlet of SS did not even care to take any follow-ups 6) It has been 20 days since and still our request has not been taken care of. 7) Finally today(19th October 2015) we called the Customer Care again, only to get a response that the watch will take additional 10 days to get fixed as no follow up was taken by them. 8) Highly infuriated by the negligence of Ms Rachna and her support Staff we simply requested the watch to be delivered back to us without any fix. Not only did Ms. Rachna not pay any heed to the problem we have gone through, but also she has mentally tortured us by giving a lecture on, "how to be a good customer". More gruesome was the fact that she threatened us to disconnect the call as she could't bear the dis-pleasure of a customer. 9) She further added that it has not been 35 days that i should complain about this issue! We are highly infuriated by her unprofessional behavior and rude antics for the end customer. I don't know what else to expect from this store at MGF while people like Ms Rachna continue to bully end customers. Conclusively, it was just 1 day that the watch was worn and upon the careful glance of identifying the issue and submitting the same to MGF outlet SS, we were shown no trust of a good customer-centric approach; the ordeal of 26 days still continues when no one is interested in resolving our issue, instead being lectured that we need to wait for 35 days! At this point, i have lost all faith in Shopper Stop by the treatment we've received. It was just a matter of 500 bucks but i have been coming back and forth from all the way to Gurgaon from Delhi and calling up the team innumerable times. Looking for a fair-decision maker at SS (if there exists any) thanks and regards Highly Frustrated Gaurav Kumar

          I placed an order for a watch on their website(http://www.shoppersstop.com/sonata-mens-digital-watch-super-fibre-ocean-... and I received a different product than shown. I wrote to the customer support with the image of the product i saw and they say that the product is same and they cannot help! II have attached the pic of product Ireceived. Please compare and see that LCD is black, body is dark silver and buttons are silver. Shoppers stop is a fruad company and people should refuse buying products from them.

            I had ordered pair of shoes worth Rs 1690 from shoppers stop through online transaction. Mode of payment was 1190 through credit card and and 500 through gift voucher. With a few days I returned the product but my refund has not been initiated since then. Since April 2015 I am following up with shoppers stop customer care through calls and mail. But there is no response

              I had purchased an ESPRIT watch from Shoppers Stop Outlet at Shipra Mall Ghaziabad. Within few days the time of the watch started to move back gain and again. On 20th Sep, I visited the Shoppers stop outlet and asked them to either replace the watch with new one or refund the amount as it is not acceptable that a branded watch will stop working within a month of its purchase. The flooe manager said that as per the rule, we need to send the watch back to the brand to find out the exact nature of provlem and if it is a mechanical defect then watch will be replaces. However whatever the problem would be they will confirm within next 2 days but will take around 15 days for rest of the process. Now to my surprise I got a call exacly after 2 days but at 9:00 pm at night by a person named :Amit" from Shoppers Stop. He told me that their was some mechanical problem in the watch so the brand has changed the entire mechanism of the watch. First of all, is 9:00 clock at night is the time to call a female customer? and on top of that the person was arguing with me. Secondly, if the floor manager himself said that in case of some mechanical fault the watch will be replaced then howcome within 2 days they got the entire mechanism changed and that too without my permission. Within two days they were just supposed to inform me of the nature of problem but to my horror thay hasd got the entire mechansim changed without my knowledge. This is just not acce[ted from Shoppers Stop, I an old customer of Shoppers Stop and now thay are makin me realize that I did the biggest mistake to purchase the watch from their outlet. Now again few more days have passed, the watch is still with them as I refused to take the repaired watch as within a month this problem arose. Intially I had asked for the replacement, but now seeing how they behave and work without keeping the customer in knowledge, I want my money to be refunded.

                Order No.[protected] Order Partially cancelled on 29/06/15 Order No. 7577791- Order Cancelled on 11/09/15 Consumers beware this company does not know the status of its inventory before you place an order. The above two orders were cancelled in a span of 3 months. I have shopped thrice with Shoppers and as you see I had to face the inconvenience of order cancellations twice. Needless to say, the refund process is extremely painful. They will charge your card immediately but it will take ages for the refund. My second order[protected] has not been refunded yet. This is a cheap company with no professionalism and I would strongly advice against shopping online with Shoppers

                  I made 2 online purchases in April 2015, under order number 6958081 and 6958264, However I could book the 20 % discount (T20) only on one order, as I missed to put the code in the second order. I had already made the online payment for both the orders, However, the discount amount for the T20 discount and the extra 10 % discount for purchases of more than 1500, which I have done and for which I am eligible is not being paid by Shopperstop.com Inspite, of my regular follow-ups, I have not got any response and am rightful credit amount has not been paid.

But still the company not provided my pregnancy period salary and full and final settlement. Many times I visited to HR person, but they are keeping me on hold and saying after six month you will get. But not around five years gone still the settlement not happened.

                        Shoppers Stop - No Refund even after 2 Months Purchased Duke-Mens Short Sleeves Slim Fit Solid Polo T-Shirt LEMON worth 542.50 and Duke-Mens Short Sleeves Slim Fit Stripe Polo T-Shirt Navy worth 521.50 on 15th July 2015 via Order 7293397, by paying 360/- via Credit Card and the rest 704/- via Gift Card. However, on 22nd July 2015 without my knowledge one of the Item ordered Duke-Mens Short Sleeves Slim Fit Stripe Polo T-Shirt Navy above was cancelled by Shoppers Stop even without informing me. An email was sent to me saying that I have indicated for a return or exchange of the Item and hence, the amount would refunded. On calling the Customer Support Representative, they informed me that due to non-availability of the Item and that the amount has been refunded to my Gift Card. Informed them that the Card is not available anymore as I had exhausted the entire amount available within it and had disposed of it. Requested them to refund the money back to my Credit Card. Shoppers Stop was reluctant to refund my money back and said that it would not be possible and that they will send me a new Gift Card for 521.50. Informed them to re-purchase or exhaust the money in the fresh gift card, I might end up spending some more money and hence requested them to wait till the other order arrives and if the other one doesn't fit then refund the entire money by cancelling the order. As anticipated the other item did not fit and was returned on 29th July 2015 via Pickup Receipt [protected]. However, till date the amount of 704/- has not been refunded to me via cheque as agreed by Shoppers Stop, though I have received the refund for the amount paid via Credit Card. Every week I call, I get a response that the cheque is ready and it would be dispatched. Request you to please process my cheque for 704/- and send it to me at the earliest. Regards, Naveen

                        Got a call from some irritating fellow associated with Shoppers Stop, who kept on blabbering that he would refund the money on my Debit Card. I told him that the mone was paid through Credit card and the rest would be refunded via cheque. However, he was in no mood to listen and disconnected the call.


                        As usual pathetic and non-Customer friendly service. Last but not the least... Please do not purchase anything from Shoppersstop.com, it is not worth it.

                          I bought a makeup foundation from shoppersstop.com. When I opened the package what I see is damaged product which is half emptied by some body looks used. When I raised complaint customer care agreed to return/refund my money. Its been more than 3 months now and nobday is responding to my emails/calls. I advice not to buy from this website. though they are big brand but customer care is pathetic.. Regards,

                              I have ordered a jacket from shoppers stop website on 19th July. I'm not registered on the site and ordered as a guest. Till date, 23rd July, the order status is same from the first day, saying 'product is billed & shipped'. I called the customer service and they provide no information at all, only says that it would take time to my pin code, which is of west bengal and my product is yet to be go through some kind of inspection. I have ordered online before and other sites never gave me this kind of issue.

                              I have a harsh feeling for this website and I'm worried if they would cheat my money. What can I do now?

                                I just brought a LAKME ABSOLUTE SHINE LINE eyeliner from your outlet in seasons mall, pune...but when i came home and checked the price online it said 269and they charged me 375 almost 100 bucks more...i am totally dissapointed!!!                                   Hi, I Placed an order with shopper stop on 25th June 2015. i was supposed to get the order in 5-8 working days .But when i called the shopper stop after 8 working days the shopper stop executive said that the order was rejected by me at my house, but it does not make sense because i paid the amount through net banking so why will i refuse to take the order. When i called the shopper stop for the second time the executive said shopper stop provided some wrong tracking number to the courier company due to which the order cannot reach my home. so i asked them to deliver it again. third time when i called the executive said it reached the warehouse because and we will try to deliver it again so i asked shopper stop to cancel the order and he said he is cancelling it. it has been more than 5 days now that i have not got any mail regarding the cancel of the order and even the money has not been transferred to my account. the amount is rs .4000. I have to call them daily and i have been harassed a lot. Please need your help for this.

Purchased this Item on Cash On Delivery (COD) Item Cost Rs. 8999/- Fathers Day discount coupen Rs.1807/- I paid --Rs. 7192/- Received on 16 Jun 2015, I found its not new piece 1. It is having scratches.If it is New The glasses themselves usually have a Rayban Trademark label on the right glass. 2.A genuine Rayban pouch will have a Rayban trademark on the popper of the pouch. which is not there. 3. The outer box will come with a sticker which will give all the information of the item like Bar code, serial no and model no. which is removed. Based on these things I felt I was cheated. same day on 16 Jun 2015 I called[protected] and informed to the customer care executives. They asked me to take the photos and send it to [protected]@shoppersstop.com and I have sent those details. on same day 16 Jun 2015, I received reply to my mail on 17 Jun 2015 saying "Please allow us 24 hours to reply to you". When I called to the customer care and asked for the explanation, one of the executive told me that thats how the new and original item will come. I asked him to put it in words what ever he is saying but he said "no" he cant. for that reason, On 18 Jun 2015 I have sent a mail asking for the explanation. No reply. On 19 Jun 2015 I sent again another mail asking for the status.. On 20 Jun 2015 I got a reply with "Please allow us 24 hours to reply to you". After making repeated calls on 20 Jun 2015, to Vandana-- Employment Id No: 81756 zaid[protected]Employment Id No: 129142 Farzeen---Employment Id No: 105058 they finally told they will get it replaced by the new Item and they have already placed the order for the replacement. Once they receive the returned product to them they will dispatch the new replacement and will receive in 2 working days. On 23 Jun 2015 I received Mail "return request has been acknowledged" On 25th they picked the item Praveen phone No: [protected] picked it. Reference No: [protected] Recipt No: [protected] On 27 Jun 2015 when I called to the customer service for the status, Anikith employment id 124636, he told I will get the refund cheque. I told him that Farzeen employment id 105058 told me that I will get a new replacement and why you are giving me the refund? then he told I will get replacement. when I told I want to speak to his superior he transferred the call to Irfan employment ID: 124707, he told I will get a replacement in 2 working days, because he has to give order for the new item and send to quality check and then it will dispatch, then he told I will receive on or before 2nd July 2015. I received the Replace Item on 1 July 2015. I opened it, 1. the outer box has a bar code sticker and the information of the Item. 2. The pouch has the Rayban trademark on the popper. 3. the rayban label is on the right glass. But it has scratches and it is a defect one cause it is very loose where it is falling from the face. the original Rayban of same model and the same size is a good fit for me because, Before purchasing I checked one of the shoppers stop and few other stores and checked. either the glass is duplicate or a defect one. Now 1 july 2015 I again called and spoke to Irfan employment ID: 124707 and told about the issue, and I told I will go to the nearest shoppers stop store and I will get it replaced and please release required documentation or tell me the procedure to do so where I can check the quality and take the same item. Now he says I can not exchange with the same item because I got some discount. Ok, I asked for the replacement of my money they told I will get a cheque and it will take 10 days from the day they receive the item back to their warehouse. I asked them to give the refund cash then and there in one of their stores where I will surrender the Item. But they told they can only give a pre credited coupon of my money where I can only use it in one of their Shoppersstop store. I asked for the some compensation if I have to get a pre credited coupon where I have to use it only in their store. But no solution. just prolonging, Then he transferred the call to his Manager Clatty, I have given them my options. 1. I want the replacement from any of the shoppersstop store, the same Item. OR 2. Refund my money Rs. 7192/- in CASH same time when I surrender the item. They say they cannot do any of those things.. Its just dragging. clatty is either resolving nor giving the solution, I have to go to work so, I told her give a compensation of 1000/- plus my 7192/- Credit Coupon where I will pay another 1000 and take the same Item in their store. She told she will call back in one Hour and tell. She called after 3 hours at 6 PM and told I have to surrender the item and take the 7192/- credit coupon in the nearest ShoppersStop store and they will send a 1000 gift voucher through courier which will take another 2 days. I asked her the same to give in written (e mail) she told she cant do that. I told her I will let her know bout that. I called to Clatty's desk Phone No.[protected]. on 2 july 2015 at 9:15 AM some one picked and told she has not yet come. I informed them to give me a call once she is back. its 1:10PM on 2 July 2015 not yet received any call. Please help me with this issue. Can I file a case. my questions? Why did they sent a duplicate pouch? and if i asked they replaced with the original one, if i don't know how the original looks, then i was cheated. how many of them got cheated? why they cant give an exchange in one of the shoppersstop store?? because they know that it is a defect one??? even the second time I Did not receive the brand new one. they never told that the discount items are defect one. I am attaching all the invoice and the photos both First Item and the replaced item. with and without the rayban tradmarks Please help me.                                       After my shopping at shoppers stop as I was leaving the counter, a man approached me and said that the first citizen card that I am holding is a gold card and he will replace it with a platinum card. He took my credentials and made me sign a few papers. Only when the next day I received a call from Citibank that I realised that the form was for a credit card. Citibank people have been harassing me ever since. I stay away from credit cards as a rule. But this man had such an ingenious way of approaching me that I dint even realise what was happening. Please be careful when goin to shoppers stop.

                                        I purchased 3 blackberry trousers from shopper stop malad, mumbai on 15th march. 10-15 days back when i was wearing one of the trousers i realized that the fabric is peeled off. It seems the damage has happened due to the metallic emblem of blackberry. I went to shopper stop with the complaint, they just say it didn't happen because of that and that replacement is not possible. Attitude of the customer service person was like we had damaged it and trying to avoid us. I just wore this trouser once and i found the damage, i cant digest that fabric of such a brand cannot survive even single wear. I m seriously unhappy with this and i[censored] cant give a replacement, request you to take back this trouser as i don't want to use a damaged trouser and don't want to buy blackberry ever in my life again. I don't even want refund just take it back. I dont want this piece of junk at my home please.

                                        they checked the trousers and then they replaced it with a new trouser... Peace at last they only entertained due to consumer forum or else they were just ignoring this complaint... Thank you Consumer forum it works...

                                        no refund of money in two months

                                        I ordered an product on 7 Jan 15 but I didn't receive it till 30th jan. So I cancelled the order and requested for refund. I have not received my money till date. It's been two months.
