Received on 16 Jun 2015, I found its not new piece
1. It is having scratches.If it is New The glasses themselves usually have a Rayban Trademark label on the right glass.
2.A genuine Rayban pouch will have a Rayban trademark on the popper of the pouch. which is not there.
3. The outer box will come with a sticker which will give all the information of the item like Bar code, serial no and model no. which is removed.
Based on these things I felt I was cheated.
same day on 16 Jun 2015 I called[protected] and informed to the customer care executives. They asked me to take the photos and send it to [protected]@shoppersstop.com and I have sent those details.
on same day 16 Jun 2015,
I received reply to my mail on 17 Jun 2015 saying "Please allow us 24 hours to reply to you".
When I called to the customer care and asked for the explanation, one of the executive told me that thats how the new and original item will come. I asked him to put it in words what ever he is saying but he said "no" he cant. for that reason,
On 18 Jun 2015 I have sent a mail asking for the explanation.
No reply.
On 19 Jun 2015 I sent again another mail asking for the status..
On 20 Jun 2015 I got a reply with "Please allow us 24 hours to reply to you".
After making repeated calls on 20 Jun 2015, to

they finally told they will get it replaced by the new Item and they have already placed the order for the replacement. Once they receive the returned product to them they will dispatch the new replacement and will receive in 2 working days.
On 23 Jun 2015 I received Mail "return request has been acknowledged"
On 25th they picked the item

On 27 Jun 2015 when I called to the customer service for the status,
Anikith employment id 124636, he told I will get the refund cheque. I told him that Farzeen employment id 105058 told me that I will get a new replacement and why you are giving me the refund?
then he told I will get replacement.
when I told I want to speak to his superior he transferred the call to Irfan employment ID: 124707, he told I will get a replacement in 2 working days, because he has to give order for the new item and send to quality check and then it will dispatch, then he told I will receive on or before 2nd July 2015.
I received the Replace Item on 1 July 2015.
I opened it,
1. the outer box has a bar code sticker and the information of the Item.
2. The pouch has the Rayban trademark on the popper.
3. the rayban label is on the right glass.
But it has scratches and it is a defect one cause it is very loose where it is falling from the face. the original Rayban of same model and the same size is a good fit for me because, Before purchasing I checked one of the shoppers stop and few other stores and checked.
either the glass is duplicate or a defect one.
Now 1 july 2015 I again called and spoke to Irfan employment ID: 124707 and told about the issue, and I told I will go to the nearest shoppers stop store and I will get it replaced and please release required documentation or tell me the procedure to do so where I can check the quality and take the same item.
Now he says I can not exchange with the same item because I got some discount.
Ok, I asked for the replacement of my money they told I will get a cheque and it will take 10 days from the day they receive the item back to their warehouse.
I asked them to give the refund cash then and there in one of their stores where I will surrender the Item.
But they told they can only give a pre credited coupon of my money where I can only use it in one of their Shoppersstop store.
I asked for the some compensation if I have to get a pre credited coupon where I have to use it only in their store.
But no solution. just prolonging, Then he transferred the call to his Manager Clatty,
I have given them my options.
1. I want the replacement from any of the shoppersstop store, the same Item. OR
2. Refund my money Rs. 7192/- in CASH same time when I surrender the item.
They say they cannot do any of those things.. Its just dragging.
clatty is either resolving nor giving the solution, I have to go to work so, I told her give a compensation of 1000/- plus my 7192/- Credit Coupon where I will pay another 1000 and take the same Item in their store.
She told she will call back in one Hour and tell.
She called after 3 hours at 6 PM and told I have to surrender the item and take the 7192/- credit coupon in the nearest ShoppersStop store and they will send a 1000 gift voucher through courier which will take another 2 days.
I asked her the same to give in written (e mail) she told she cant do that.
I told her I will let her know bout that.
I called to Clatty's desk Phone No.[protected]. on 2 july 2015 at 9:15 AM some one picked and told she has not yet come. I informed them to give me a call once she is back.
its 1:10PM on 2 July 2015 not yet received any call.
Please help me with this issue.

Why did they sent a duplicate pouch? and if i asked they replaced with the original one, if i don't know how the original looks, then i was cheated. how many of them got cheated?
why they cant give an exchange in one of the shoppersstop store?? because they know that it is a defect one???
even the second time I Did not receive the brand new one. they never told that the discount items are defect one.
I am attaching all the invoice and the photos both First Item and the replaced item. with and without the rayban tradmarks
