Really disappointed service and behavior from shoppers stop, I really didn't think this type or service friends. I bought a homemade brand STOP formal trouser from shipra mall shoppers stop on last Saturday, wore it just for a day in last Monday, when washed on Tuesday the complete front side of pant faded and some white spots came, then today I went for exchange it from store, all the members said that they couldn't able to see any white and faded spots on trouser. I have spent more than an hour there, discussed same thing again and again to 4 persons but all are behaving really absurd and clearly said this couldn't exchange, we can't do anything. I really really felt very helpless and pathetic. I spent 1600 INR for this trousers and now my money waste. Now I don't know what to do, how to deal with these guys, but one thing I am requesting, appealing you please please do not go to shoppers stop for shopping, they are cheating us. Hope u my friends got my concern, and I really requesting you please buy anything from anywhere but not shoppers stop. I suggest globus and lifestyle for shopping but really ignore the shoppers stop please please. Rahul

    this is to inform you that i Rahul Agarwal a golden card memeber of shopperstop with registered mobile no. [protected] from kolkata wants to inform you that recently i have been to shoppers stop like always and i enquired about by points with arround 1740 (approx) as on 27tth april 2015 as checked by the shoppers stop help desk . Then i also made a purchase of Rs. 5200 so the points for this purchase was to be credited after 48 hours . As my card was going to get expire on 30th april, so i decided to shop again and made purchase of Rs. 5262 and Rs 1628 . I had Rs 1980 approx on my card as the points for purcase for 27th april was also credited to my account . So i used all my points on the purchase made woth Rs. 5262 on 30th of april . So the account became nil in my card . I was told the the purchase made on 30th april woth Rs. 5262 and Rs. 1682 and 2 hours parking fees the points for this would be credited with in 48 hours and i have to use this points with in 6 months and i have made purchase on the card expiry date 30th april . So by 2nd may 2015 the points should be Rs144 as per the points and Rs 60 (2 hours car parking fees ) which comes to Rs 204 . Then again i made purchase of Rs 1704 on 7th May and also gave 2 hours parking ticket in forum mall kolkata . I also made purchase of Rs 2302 and 2699 on 10th of may and 2 hours parking fees woth Rs. 60 . so the cheating that happened with me that this esteemed shop did was as i have used all my points on 30th of april and the balance on my card became Rs.0 by using my Rs1980 that was in my card as per my shoppers stop purchase bill and as per the amount deducted by the shoppers stop concerned person . So i should have points from the purchase made on 30TH OF APRIL TILL 10TH MAY as per the details provided . But i dont have any point available in my card . So kindly stop cheating customers by thinking that people forget about their purchase made and they dont have time to calculate the points in their card and they dont keep any record and you can cheat and play with their money or points . So this is a warning to your company to kindly add the points for the purchases and also add parking fees as soon as possible . You are such a company no one must have ever imagined and everyone has so much trust on your company and so you play with their trust . Kindly add the respective points and money as soon as possible . This complain will surely be forwarded to higher government necessary departments and consumer forum and i will see to it i will file a suit against this in consumer forum . The copy of this message is also forwarded to necessary media The Telegraph, Times Of India and Hindustan TImes so that all of your customers get to know what games you play with your customers by cheating them .       Hi, We have ordered some product from Shopperstop the Id -6386798 throught some delivery courier service airawy bill number-[protected].
      We requested the courier service to get the parcel delivered between 5-7 or on saturday or Sunday which they refused to do now this courier is returned back to the ware house can you tell me what needs to be done to get this courier,
      I placed an order for a t-shirt(order confirmation number[protected] on 23 Jul 2016 and paid for it online. I have still not received my delivery. Customer care number is just playing an automated message. On writing to customer support, one mail was ignored, post followup, the same message played on customer care number was sent on email, however no delivery date was shared for the product. Extremely poor service by Shopperstop for online orders. Thankfully I refrained from placing a bigger order to first check the service.

        Hi team, I had ordered a watch from shoppersstop.com on last week of march, 2015 with order ID 6894421. The product was delivered to me on 6th of April. There was no similarity between the product displayed and the product delivered, the product displayed is of ceramic material and white in colour, but the product delivered is of metal and silver in colour) So I contacted with shoppers stop customer care, but they didn't co-operate neither did they accept that their is vast difference between product displayed and product delivered. After that I e-mailed them about the issue and tried to connect several times even on phone, but the issue was not looked upon and they didn't show any intention to replace the product. Almost 1 month has elapsed but the issue remains unresolved, in fact the issue hasn't been looked upon. Please look into the matter and resolve it to the earliest. I Am also attaching the picture of the product displayed and the product delivered. The difference is clearly evident and action should be taken for not replacing the product and in fact their non-cooperation and non-acceptance that they have delivered wrong product. I have contacted customer service dept for the same. They adviced me to write an e-mail to [protected]@shoppersstop.com. I wrote a mail with all transaction details and ask them to revert my money back bit In spite of rigorous follow ups on e-mail, I still havn't got my money back. I called customer care they told it was due to technical fault, please email us at [protected]@shoppersstop.com.I mailed them every details of my bank and till date i havent recieved my refund. i only got a mail saying that u will recive your refund shortly.and whenever i call customer care they say your refund has been initiated and you will recieve it within few days.i have called them many times.its been about 2 months and im totally pissed off.dont know what to do. so please SIR/MA'AM look into the matter and help me solve my problem.

                  Hi Team, I have did online shop on shirts and trouser, in shoppersstop, after some time i cancel my order by call, and as per the SLA, they need to refund the amount, but it almost went 18 days and my money is not refunded in my account, i need my money back, and also when we buy the product they are taking the money transaction in 2 mins, then why could the same process when they refunding the amount. please make this as complaint and do the needfull. my order no is ShoppersStop: Order # 6727673.

                  they just saying that we dnt capture your money and the money is in your bank holding period and bank revert your money and the time of bank is 5 to 15 days...now the period also expired and still my money not come in my account.

                    I have placed an order online for a belt from shoppers stop. Firstly what they show online and what they deliver are 2 different items. Unfortunately since i had opted for cod i had to pay the amount collect the product and then place a request for an exchange. It has been almost a month since i have ordered and neither have i got the right product delivered nor have I got my money back. Inspite of repeated follow up calls all these people have to say is give us time. They dont give you any intimation by mail or SMS. Even when you call you are given different information each time. Pathetic handling of customers. I am still waiting for them to respond to my request of money refund.

                        Bought a footwear of lemon & pepper from shopper's stop and within a period of 15 days the defect occurred. I took the footwear at shopper's customer service for repair. After 2 and half month they are replying it has been returned from manufacturer without repair. Is it my fault? Is it worth to buy from shopper's . Your logo is dedicated to customers. ..really? I faced embarrassing situation in party despite purchasing worth 1599party. Very much disappointed and for sure will not purchase from your outlet.

But finally on 3rd feb 2015, they had informed us that stock is not available..                             I purchase Vettorio Fratini products from Shoppers Stop after payment I requested for carry bag they refuse, Then I read the bill terms and condition which does not implies anything about carry bag, then again I requested still they refuse by the store cashier Mr Amrendra Store ID no 39334. Then I left the counter, I felt shame and harassment carrying the products open in my hands during the shopping hours in the Anzal Plaza Mall. This kind of treatment to customers is torture. I don't see any thing on bill in the terms and condition columns which mention that carry bag will not be provided to customers after shopping from shoppers Stop Brand. So therefore Shoppers Stop is a fraud company like to harass customers and sucks customers money. I attach picture of products and the bill copy with terms and condition.

                              When I first visited shoppes stop Surat, people at billing desk asked me to purchase a membership card and said about its benefits among which parking charge waiver was one of the benefit . I agreed and purchased the membership. After that I went there 4-5 times and made purchase and presented the parking bill to make the waiver but it didn't happened. I made regular complaints about the issue and in return I didn't received any satisfactory answer. Every time they say sir it will be done we have mailed about your problem to our concerned department . We will reply as early as possible, but they don't care to reply.                                 The staffs of shoppers stop, city centre are very ill mannered. They sell products and when any issue comes, they never try to solve it. I bought a haute curry bellies on 14th December 2014 and after wearing for an hour, I realized, the shoes are coming out while walking. So, I went to the outlet and told them the issue, they didn't even tried to fix the issue. I was so very disappointed with their behaviour, that I left the bellies there itself. As its of no meaning of wearing bellies which can come out anytime while walking. I bought it for 1700 rs. And paying rs. 1700 for wearing a belly for an hour, is too much.                                   I purchased these sunglasses on 11 December Order number 6464483. After receiving i checked these glasses were not same as shown in the picture and also of a lower quality than the original glasses. I had spoken to them a number of times but to no avail.                                     After being a loyal customer with shoppers stop it's astonishing to see the way the service is in shoppersstop vashi in orbit mall.. After purchasing a esprit watch in August 2014 as a gift to someone else for an amount of around 7000 rs, the watch has already stopped working. And after giving it back to ss to repair, it's been more than a week and no response. Is this really the service we get after being so loyal? Not only this, at the time of purchase, it may also be mentioned here that we asked to exchange another watch with the esprit watch for which we were misled that it was possible and after running around to the first floor and down again and after wasting so much time (at least 45 mins waiting) to process the exchange and after being assured it was possible, we were then told it was not. After arguing till 10 in the night we finally got the watch which is now sadly not in a usable condition after just 3 months usage. Still waiting for them to fix the issue and return the piece so that the gift would actually be used as intended!!! It's a shame.. This loyalty is now lost!!!

                                      I felt cheated by SS outlet at Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. Though I was never interested for so called sales and priviledge cards, I was somehow pursuaded by marketing desk on 26.07.2014 to go in for First Citizen card which offerenced freebies and offers like features like discounts, points, freeebies and blaw blaw... 1. Freebies in the form of booklet of coupons (my first shock came in while dining at KFC - First coupon - expired March 31. Huuunnn.- First priviledge 2. You will be given three points for every 100 Rs. purchase, I was categorically told while SELLING the CARD. Booklet differentiates between Classic, Golden and so on. ???? 3. And many more such lucrative offers which I feel was just on paper. I am not saying that I wasted Rs. 300/- for the card, but it was sheer surprise to me how a giant like SS is doing such cheap things just to increase its card base. Even email dated 16.08.14 and telephonic calls did not yield any results. Sheer cheating and lying. Planning to send notice through Consumer Forum.

                                        a few months back I had purchased a ladies hand bag of brand name "haute curry " from your Inorbit mall - vashi (New Mumbai ) store, it has been sad experience that after a few months only the outer skin has all peeled off even after using the bag sparingly. I know shoppers stop may say that - "there is no guarantee for such products..." etc etc... but the fact remains that we customers certainly lose faith ...that even after buying from such a reputed store the quality of the item remains the same as that from the footpath...and the answer we get will also be the same... no guarantee ! kindly ensure in future that such sub standard stuff is not stacked or sold through your chain else customers find their confidence smashed beyond repair. it has been a bad experience for me,
