Stop looting your customers

I have booked a ride today. The initial estimated fare was 305 and the final fare was 529 which is far far higher than the estimated fare. Please look into the matter and refund my extra charged money. Stop looting your consumers....

Cab booking issue today

I am facing cab booking time...some one accepted the booking while he is another ride how can possible ...your wasting the people time and playing with people nessaseries.
I am booking 2 rides in different mobiles same issue happend...what is the issue with uber guys...lay off the your service like this go in future ...never will belive uber 🤔 for bookings ...

Driver tried to run over his car on me and tried to kill me.

The driver named Mallikarjun Ravutappa Kudari, Car Registration number KA 41 D 0303 is a criminal and he tried to run over his car on me which could've killed me or seriously hurt me. I booked the cab for 4 people which he refused after reaching the location due to new COVID rules regarding not taking 4 people, so I asked him to cancel it because there was no such mention in Uber app while I was booking. Unfair Cancellation Fee

I booked an Uber rental at 10.50am on 1-Apr-2022 for 3 hours from 4.45pm. At 4.50pm when the car doesn't arrive, I tried calling the driver. His location showed 20mins away and he told me it will take him 30 minutes to reach. I told him how could he be so careless when I booked the cab in the morning. Complaint against Uber driver and Uber support services

Today I was trying to book auto or cab from 9:30 am to till 11:30. Uber driver did not show up or cancel after 2 hours

Driver failed to appear -Trust deficit

I had booked a ride at Hyderabad from App on [protected] at 0315 hrs of 31st March 2022 from Secunderabad to Hyderabad Airport about 8 hours in advance. Uber app is showing unpaid raid, I cash paid for raid.

Fraud uber driver, Today i was traveling from Raja Puri to Gole Market, uber driver (neeraj) forced to me for payment in cash, after when i reached my location i paid in cash of Rs. 220 (actual bill is 214). But in your uber app is showing unpaid. Please check and confirm, Uber scam driver or company doing fraud, fooling customer and harassing, there is no any customer support system, i dont know uber company is aware of this....

I have paid for my ride by credit card but still the amount is showing pending in the app and

I had taken a ride on 13/03/2022 and paid for the same by credit card but still it is showing outstanding in the uber app and no option to get it resolved even after trying several times. Not getting updated and still showing outstanding...

Took my package for delivery and not delivered it

Hi,
The person from Uber came and took the packge for delivery. Without reaching the proper location, the driver completed the trip so that i cannot contact him. I reached out to Uber support and they did not respond to me as well. Not even answering when i asked for driver's number so that i can contact him about my package....

Paid Cash On Non Cash Trip

Journey on 25th March to RGIA Airport from Begumput Road

Driver asked me to Pay Rs.865 on reaching the destination..I said its non cash trip..He said he has not recd. the payment as its still showing on his app to Pay 865 in cash..else he wont let me down and locked the car ..I paid thru paytm to his Mobile No.[protected] and moved as i had a flight to catch but after few minutes money even got deducted Rs.822.55 from my linked...

Fin. Fraud by Uber India ( charged twice for one ride)

I had been charged twice for one ride.
First charge was against my corporate credit card, but it shown failed payment in mail which i get from uber, hence in Uber app payment was showing as outstanding, so i cleared that amount thru my paytm account.

Later on, thru my credit card company notification i got to know that even the first payment thru my credit card has also been done & paid to uber...
Now 2 issues.br...
