Today 11/Mar/22, morning UBER driver told that AC is damaged.
I informed this to UBER support to review my fare (Screen snap attached) as I am paying for AC charges but I got Non-AC CAB, which indicted UBER is charging for the service which I am not getting.

UBER customer care responded they will make a note against driver partner.
Then I messaged UBER that, it means UBER is charging consumer for AC even if consumer...

This complaint is about the uber driver prakash chandra
auto no od33v1544 .

I booked this auto in the name of prateek and driver arrived in my complex and i provided him with the otp 6716 which unfortunately not working . I asked the driver that take to my place i will pay you the same amount showing in the app.

Driver prakash chandra asked me rs. 50 extra i ok as i was in hurry for my office. But suddenly...

I had booked Uber…the driver called to ask drop and pick up point and the amount that is shown on the app…he asked if I have cash or gpay…I told I will pay in cash…then he said sorry and didn’t come….
This is the second time it is happening…I told him to cancel the ride and the fault is from his side…he has not yet cancelled…

A similar event occurred to me last time too…when the driver finally cancelled...

Toaday i take a trip from milk colony rajajinagar, bangaluru to 461, avenue road bangaluru with driver Mr. Kanakaraju, due to server error my account was not debited with fare amount, and i paid Rs. 120/- in cash to the driver, even if i paid it in cash my uber account is still showing outstanding Rs. 116.65. kindly resolve my outstanding demand from my uber account.

I confirmed a trip to UCO Bank, Jessore Road, near Kalindi Bus Stand, Lake Town, Kolkata from Action area 3, Newtown, Kolkata. The driver was not moving a littlebit. Therefore, I phone called the driver 3 times, but everytime he was cutting the call. Neither he received the call nor he moved. Trip which was taken on Uber, I paid in cash to Uber auto which I booked as my automatic payment did not work that time. Instead of removing that pending amount now Uber is forcing me to clear the amount which is extra over and above the cash payment I already did to that Uber Auto driver.

Because of which I am not even able to book ride now and they want me to pay double for my one trip which is ridiculous.

I booked uber ride on 6th March from ndrf to chandani chowk. I didn't cancel the ride, driver didn't came to my pick spot and I am being charged for 1/3rd of the fair.how can this be possible??
It was probelm o[censored]ber gps system that they didn't show my proper pick up spot to the driver. I even tried to accommodate my pick up spot by walking towards the driver but till then ride was cancelled.how am I supposed to pay the extra charge??...

I have got a parcel delivered to my house today via cash trip. The total trip amount as told to me by the driver was 120rs. And I paid the exact amount. Surprisingly my app shows 2 rs. Pending and the total trip charge as 118rs. How can it show 2rs. Due when I have paid 2rs. Extra??? The point is not about 2rs. But about the policy and trust. Absolutely pathetic...

The uber driver took cash from me even though the payment mode was Gpay. The driver cheated me. I was charged the amount on my Gpay after paying cash and I ended up paying double the amount. Uber refuses to acknowledge their mistake. Please help me resolve this issue....

Taken rental on 5th March at 1 pm. I have been chasing Uber that you cross check with driver partner on distance and also shared locations. Still I am getting standard answer.
Distance traveled- 80 kms
From. HOTEL Taj MG Road to Clover greens golf course Hosur - 35 kms
Returned from over greens golf course to MG Road Taj.
Total hours - 7
Amount paid as per bill - 3542 for 142 kms. Double of actual bill....

I booked an uber auto today which showed 572(in the app) rs to my destination from the pickup point.The driver was riding very slow and it took 1 and 1/2 hours to reach my place.after reaching the amount was changed to 843 by the uber app.driver asked me 843rs only when I told him it was showing 572 before and I had to pay un-necesserily.kindly resolve my issue and refund me the extra money I paid...

Toafy i have booke a uber vehicle 2094 driver vishnu at about 12-15 pm from sreepadaresidency to h dental hospital begumpeta hyderabad .i have paid cash 156 rs got the change back. why uber app is showing due of rs 33.70 pais. iam not able to book uber again.

no issues with driver or travel....
