I had taken a trip from Powai, mumbai to Turbhe, Navi Mumbai on 27th December 2021. After completing the trip, I paid the trip with my credit card. The amount got deducted but uber app stilled showed that the payment is pending. Sunce, I had to book another taxi, I tried paying again with paytm. The money got defucted again and this time it got reflected in uber app.
Now this has been 1.5 months but I have not received any refund for...

Uber Connect delivery not made. The concerned delivery person took the charge from me worth 150. The item was not delivered and the application was'nt showing the ride details later on so that I could take steps towards recovery of the package....

I booked a trip on 11/02/22 for which I had booked a Stop in advance. The driver partner skipped the prebooked stop possibly due to negligence. I paid the whole charge Rs286.02 in order to get another cab at 1am for which I was charged Rs248.96(payment pending) to complete a 19Km trip as per google maps. The initial driver jumped the stop cutting short the trip to 3.91km (subsequent trip was 15.92km) but the charge was not revised later when...

My ride on 8th February 2022 from Delhi to Meerut was booked via paytm as payment method due to some glitch whereas it showed cash payment method to me. After the ride was completed, I paid Rs 1400 to the driver and Rs 1046 was deducted from my paytm as well....

I had scheduled a ride to Bangalore International airport from Challaghatta, Wind Tunnel Road this morning at 0330h. I received a mail confirming that a ride is scheduled at least 10 hours prior. However, I was not assigned a ride even 10 min before the ride....

My payment mode was cash and on reaching the destination I paid the driver cash of 323 rupees. I got a mail that the driver reported that I didn't pay him cash. What is this nonsense. Please remove this outstanding amount from my account and penalize the driver....

Booked Uber cab from IGI airport to Ghaziabad .
Before taking ride the price was Rs 852 but after the ride completed than it came Rs 1498.

Than driver insisted me to give the the same so i paid him Rs 1500.
I want my extra money that is rs650 to be refunded to me .
Also raised this complaint on Uber app but no revert obtained from last 48 hours...

I took a cab on 7feb2022 9.pm.
I forgot my phone in the cab.
Phone was ringing untill i called the driver. I am 100% sure that driver took my phone. I did try to file complaint on uber website. But i didn't recieved a single response from them....

In my today's intercity trip (6Feb) form Haryana to UP, the driver charged 240 rupees extra in name of taxes. Except of legitimate taxes which I have knowledge of, as I often travell that way. Let me explain;
The toll tax which is approx 85-90 rupees with fastag, he charged 150 rupees for it and, he had fastag, So for toll tax, he charged 60 rupees extra.
Then, State tax, we have to pay 150 rupees of State tax from Haryana to...

I booked the Auto from Bangalore i srnt yhe corrent location for the taxi. Auto person is saying he is there only. And i give the address akso yjen he is telling dont know the are and simply cancelling the ride. And i have to pay fine of 21 rs for that ride before next bookings. It was very bad experience.people are making fool...

The ride was booked on[protected] for an emergency hospital visit. The driver reached the pickup point and we asked him to come inside the gate. Inspite of him knowing that it was a hospital case, he simply canceled the ride there. We had to book another one....

Uber driver ran over a dog eventhough he saw him.
i even showed the stop sign from hand but he didn't stop and after that he did not even check on the dog
luckily the dog is alive but he ran on his stomach and injured his leg...
