I have purchase Vento model High line 1.6 LCRM on 28th January 2013 from your authorized dealer from Patiala, M/S Bhagat Autos Private Ltd, Sirhind road, Patiala, Punjab.( Engine no. CLN225234.) I have booked a Volkswagen car Model: Polo GT TSI in Aug '13 with their Navi Mumbai dealer. They failed to deliver the car within the agreed period mentioned in the sales contract. I have waiting last three months for this car. Anyway, I cancelled the booking today and trying to book a car with another manufacturer, who meet their commitments and valuing customers. And never will have any relation with VW.

Sir, it is been observed that stepny wheel/spare wheel is smaller than other wheels, technically it is
serious, but while selling the product it is not been told to us. Now please do some thing to remove this problem.

The rim of all the wheels is very weak, in small ditches falls, then it bends, it has occurred about four times,
