I ordered from box8 restaurant through Zomato app. i made a payment of 191rs. The amount got deducted using google pay. But it shows that the payment is incomplete and the order wasn't placed. Tried chatting on the app but the person stopped responding after some time and there was no way i could contact him. I want the deducted amount back. There is no customer care number officially available to contact Zomato. How do i expect my money...

We placed an order rs. 473/- with zomato. Money got deducted from account while paying with google pay. But zomato says that payment is incomplete and hence order was not placed. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. The zomato support team is not responding at all.. I want a refund as soon as possible. This is absolutely not acceptable at all....

I have place an order with pali's pure vag dhaba for the amount of 167... Money deducted from bank and it shows incomplete payment... I tried chat with support but no response even i tried some number from google but they are not working.

Need refund immediate.

I have ordered for dominos pizza through Zomato.The first try show me that your payment could not be processed but my money is deducted from.my bank account.i have tried to contact dominos they said they could not do anything and told me to contact Zomato but they are also not replying.Zomato does not have any helpline number that I can contact how will I get my money back...

I placed an order rs. 177/-with zomato. Money deducted but can't received the order. Please respond at the earliest to the my complaint against the zomato food based app. This app is providing cheap customer services to the customer. Zomato customer care number was not connected. And also I have emailed them my issue but they are not taking any action against it. This is such a poor customer service....

I ordered food from zomato, my money got deducted but order denied then I shared this with zomato support they replied and said that they will refund amount within 5-7 days then told me pay with different method, and this problem occurred for 2nd time and I lost total amount of 450rs then again I told my complaint to zomato support but they didn't respond...

I ordered from Hotchips restaurant, Velachery Main road, Velachery, Chennai today 24/9/19 at 19:14pm. I choose my payment option as google pay. I paid for my order through google pay but after the completion of payment it showed that the transaction was failed and payment incomplete. But my payment is not refunded yet. I have place an order with pandi ji ki rasoi for the amount of 119... Money deducted from google pay and it shows incomplete payment...

Again we can place same order... Money deducted shows incomplete.

Need refund immediate.

I had paid money 72 for my food which I had ordered (order number-[protected]) from Zomato app through PhonePe(Transection ID- P1909242011244070175041)on 24 September 2019 and money got debited from my account but in my order details on Zomato app it was written "my payment could not be completed".. There are no any option available to complain to Zomato so that I could get refund. Please refund my money back.....

I ordered food from dominos through zomato, my acct got debited by Rs 291 payment done through google pay but on zomato app it is showing payment failed, tried contacting customer care but no response from their side. I placed an order at the downtown multicuisine restraunt, dehradun. For 462 rupees on the zomato app on the 24th of september, 2019. The amount was deducted from my account but the app shows that payment is incomplete. I contacted customer services but i did not get any response. I need a refund.

I ordered food online from the zomato app. My money has been deducted but the order is still not placed. Customer care services are not available. I tried submitting my complain on the chat option but there was no reply. If you people can not help and make such fraud then i ll make sure as many as possible people boycott zomato.

My order was not placed due to payment failure but money got deducted. When i tried to contact support no proper response came. I don't know what will happen to my money. My money transaction was successful. I don't know when i will get my money back. I tried on the chat from zomato no response came. No replay at all. If there is reply i can understand. What are they doing is pure fraud...

I tried to order on Zomato thrice. I paid using phone pe all three times amount was deducted but Zomato shows payment incomplete.. kindly process at your end and refund my amount. I am attaching a screenshot of Zomato order summary. All three orders were from same restaurant and was same order. Finally I had to order via cash on delivery. If you can't integrate your services then why providing it...

Order was placed on 24/09/2019 at 8 05 pm with Red box restaurant .Payment was made through upi (Google pay), amount was debited from my bank account but the app is showing payment as failed status.

Let me know when i will receive my refund amount..Please look into this....

Today, i ordered from rollsking on zomato. The total bill was ₹108 and money deducted from my account at 8.06pm but it shows no payment processed and incomplete payment.
I waited for almost half an hour but nothing happened. And i reordered from the same place but a different item. That was a total of ₹107. That too got deducted at 8.35pm., but the situation is still the same. Do something asap...

I was ordered food on sep 6th.. But food not delivered... Aft booking i got the call from that restaurant that item not available... So foodnot prepared.. Aft i gave the cancellation... But still iam not getting refund.. Ur customer support executive told 4 or 5 business working days... But still almost 20days gone... Still iam not get the solution... Really worst service.. I need call back from. Ur customer executive...
