This is with reference of above subject, the PNR 6GSS7G. I have a confirmed ticket on 13 Jun 2015, in IX473 from CCJ DOH – 15:50 and arrive Doha 19:30, while me and my family is on the way to CCJ Airport I got a call from [protected] at 11:14 AM, one Mr. Anoop Pramod from airindia, saying that my flight IX473 CCJ to DOH has schedule changed to 00:30 in 14 Jun 2015, means same day night you can travel, so at that time we are in Calicut city, and I called back to re check in the same number [protected] at at 11:49 on 13 Jun 15 some other staff also informed the same and after that I got call again from Airindia same number around 11:55 13 Jun 2015, and informed me the same, meanwhile one of my friend called air india office in Doha, around 11 AM Doha time, air india staff called india and reconfirmed the same that the flight is departing only 00:30 14 Jun, After that 12:50 PM 13 Jun2015; I got SMS in my number ([protected]) from [protected], (attached the proof Photo for SMS) after getting the SMS again I called and reconfirmed by with my PNR and details . the call center staff told me don’t worry sir, please come at 10:30 only airport, any further schedule change we will inform, so while I starting to airport around 3:50 PM, I just called again the call center to reconfirm the timings, they are saying that you are already bordered the flight, it was totally unexpected and shocking information, in my memory I spoke so many staff like Boscow, Vinod, Sreenath Shammen, from 3:50 Pm to 9:30 PM but there is no solution and no hope, and they give so many numbers, and nobody was answering, and no solution or response from Airindia. This issue make me and my family middle of road, and it was my last day joining in my Job, and my visa is expiring, since there is no response from Airindia I Purchased a new ticket in Qatar Airways for 14 Jun 2015 9:20 Flight was the only option for Next flight with cost me 1880.00 QAR (33000 INR) almost thirty Three thousand Indian rupees, attached the ticket copy with fare and my boarding pass and also I Stayed in Hotel cost me 8000 (Eight Thousand rupees) and moreover me and my 10 family members struggled a lot because of this issue. And also my Boss is not believing that this much big stupidity and mistake from a National carrier like Airindia Express will happen, So he told me not to join the office until we get proper reply or response of this mail. Kindly request to proper reply and take necessary action in order to avoid this kind of big issue, and also give me the compensation for all the expenses and problems.

    I, Mrs. Devu Anoop, after boarding the flight, IX537 from Trivandrum to Abu Dhabi on 31/05/2015, later was informed that the flight have got some technical issues and will be cancelled. There was not even a single authorised person to tell us the real ground situation. Its not the first time the air india staff behaving so irresponsible. Making us sit inside the flight for more than 2 hours and later telling us that the flight is cancelled without giving us any other alternatives is the very poorest way of treating customers.

      I had travelled to Kerala for a short visit of 1 week to attend an important function. I travelled by Air India Express flight no. IX 452 on 21/05/15 from Abu Dhabi, landing in Kochi on 22/05/15. My baggage was misplaced by the airlines and I had to go back to the airport again 2 days later to collect it. This mistake of theirs caused me an additional expense of around Rs.5000/- for clothes purchases and Rs. 4000/- for taxi fare to the airport to collect the baggage. I left home at 5:30am to reach the airport around 8:30am. I had to wait for 1 and 1/2 hours to get by baggage. It took another 45min.s to convince their staff to reimburse me for my losses. One staff member agreed to pay an amount of Rs.1250/- as that was the maximum they would pay. Then another staff tried to bargain the amount down to Rs.1000/- . After agreeing to pay me Rs.1250/- and making me sign on 6 pages of the acknowledgement form(saying I received this amount from them), I was handed over a sum of Rs.1050/- only. On asking about the missing Rs. 200/-, their answer was that I must have dropped it. Exasperated with all this, I returned the money back to them, which they accepted very happily. So inspite of signing papers of having received Rs. 1250/- from them, I did not get any compensation at all. I am awaiting for a favorable reply from you. JACOB JOHN [protected]

        Hi there, I am writing this complaint on the kl office service handling . I have attached the entire email for your attention. I have booked a ticket online on 11 May 2015 However the system did not capture my middle name in the ticket .In order for me to apply for Visa, i need the ticket with my Full name attached. When i contacted the officer on the first day, i was told to email to the relevant, below is the email as per our conversation. At last, today, someone called me from the office and ask me to walk in and collect the ticket My question is ; 1) How come on the first day i was not told walk in and collect it ? and not waste my time so much? 2) The conversation from day 1 is not proff and full with jargons 3) i have to sent few emails again and again to get a response 4) I took a half day leave and wasted it for no reason! I realise today how bad is your airlines service. and i am not going to stop with this complain . I will also forward this to the trasportation department of both country to show how much your airlines cares! This will also going to be in the social media.!           Dear sir, Myself, Wife and Daughter were supposed to travel to Salalah on[protected] on the 09.25am flight no-IX445. When we were in the counter no.4, Miss Jaseena issued all 3 boarding passes and gave it to us. She send all 3 baggage in one passenger name without putting the tags. After handing over the boarding pass, she asked us to wait for 10 minutes to get back the baggage so that we could identify our baggage and she could tag it....

          Hi I am Tamilarasan S/o Govindaraj travelling on 14th may 2015 in airindia express from trichirapali to singapore, my hand luggage was 7.8kg and my laptop weight of around 4.5kg, your customer service officer said they don't allowed hand carry with laptop only 10kg, she ask me to withdraw ur hand carry weight to 10kg weight with laptop if not can't allow, am asking laptop weight is 4kg even my hand laggage I'd 7 +4 =11 kg so how, she said u speak rules so I won't allowed now I left my laptop in india, am suffering without my data in singapore, is this ur way of treating a passenger really annoying ..if you need more details please contact me at +[protected]/82864389

            Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased 4 tickets under the PNR no.VMLO4A (2 adults 1 kid and one infant) .due to some reason we decided to change our return travel date from 18th August to 1st August but the ticket change option didn't worked online it was showing an error message "infant age should be 0-1 yr" i called Air India express call center in India to get a clarity on this Mr.Niyas the person who attended the call advised me to cancel my infant's return ticket and rebook as child as he became 2 yr + on the return travel date as suggested by your malayalam customer care executive Mr.Niyas i tried to cancel my infant's ticket for this i have loggin in to manage booking portal and selected my infant name and cancelled his ticket i didn't selected other passenger names but unfortunately the entire PNR got cancelled this may be an error Happened with Air India's portal I request you to reinstate the status of our booking and help us to travel on the decided date.Best regardsPhilip GeorgeAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates[protected]

              Kindly refer to PNR No Z3YXT Web Reference AIBE15846221 Issue date 16 Jan 15 I had booked two tickets in the name of Ms Neelam Sahai on AI 9815 (Delhi to Pantnagar) for 01 Feb15 and AI 9816 (Pantnagar to Delhi) for 04 Feb 15. The respective flights were both cancelled due to bad weather and the tickets were cancelled at T3 Terminal at Delhi Airport vide RTZ3YXT, WWW001/ 600/1653 16JAN15/IN/PID67800 dated 01Feb 15(scanned copy att). I was made to believe that the amount will be credited back in my Credit Card account within 07 working days. The same has not been credited in my account as yet. May I request you to look into the matter and credit the full refund to my credit card account.

                  Dear sir one of my colleague was travelling in Flt No - AI 9602, Date of Tavel - 03 Apr 2015, Route - Port Blair to Delhi. he was sitting next to emergency exit and was feeling cold. then he saw frosting occuring on chair in front. the air was entering thru some gap. means door was not airtight or in our lingo... pressurisation seal was not intact. i would like to mention that i am a pilot myself with airforce so i am aghast how did this pass ur checks or if its normal then plz let me know? i am waiting for a satisfactory reply.

                    We travelled with family (Mother Father son and 9 yr old daughter) from Lucknow to Udaipur by AI 412 and AI 471 on March 31st, 2015. We checked in two numbers of luggage and we received only one at Udaipur airport. The main baggage with all our clothes, cosmetics, medicines went missing. We were kept waiting for more than 2 hours at Udaipur airport by Ms Joohi and other ground staff without any proper assistance. We are constantly being misguided even now and the baggage is still untraceable. FILE Reference UDRAI10078 Name Aparna Bansal TAG Number AI031155 We have been severely harassed both mentally and financially and we claim a minimum damage of Rs.50000.00 which should be paid immediately at Udaipur itself to meet emergency expenses occuring due to missing baggage.

                        Airport Authority AIR INDIA Dear Sir/s Sub: Difficulty in recovery of check-in baggage I have been a passenger on your airline for travel from Lucknow to Pune on 11.03.15. My seat number was 29A on flight no. AI 432 from Lucknow to Delhi while I was on seat no. 22A on flight no. AI 849 from Delhi to Pune. I would like to bring on record the fact that I have had harrowing experience in recovery of my check-in baggage containing valuable documents. After long wait at conveyer belt at Pune airport, when I realized that my bag was missing, I reported the matter immediately to authorities trough email and also spoke to them about it. I found the language and tone of the people I spoke to very objectionable. While refusing to accept that there could possibly be a slip on the part of baggage handling staff, I was treated as if I was making a false claim and this is quite unbecoming of the staff of a national carrier. I had to make efforts at personal level by contacting friends and relatives in Lucknow. Through their contacts they could find a person at the airport who helped in tracing my bag to Bangalore. This sure was a slip on the part of AI staff as I had guessed. I wonder whether passengers have to have contacts on personal level at airports, Air India or for that matter DGCA to sort out such problem of routine nature. I hope that you will take appropriate steps to ensure that staff members of AI pay proper attention to genuine problems of passengers and sincerely try to sort them out promptly, satisfactorily and of course courteously. However, I have got my baggage on 17.03.2015 after six days and during the period I constantly worried about my baggage/ documents kept in the baggage. Thank you JAI SRIVASTAVA

                          Sir, I am Akansha Kandoi. I had booked two air india return ticket from mumbai to cocin of 24th jan 2015. I had reported 55 minutes early before boarding time. So your manager Subash said he had already sold the tickets to a needy couple. And after that flight got delayed by 15mins. He said that either we can give you evening flights on same ticket or we can give u full refund of Rs.33000. So we prefferd to take refund. He gave us in writing about the same and said that it will take 15days and its been more then a month and there is no reply regarding the same.                             Hi, I was a passenger in the Air India express(IX 474) on 27th Feb 2015 from Bahrain to cochin.After getting on the flight, one of the cabin crew took my hand bag from me, for the reason for finding space even if I told him want to keep it with me. He assured me it will be safe with him.When i asked about my hand bag the cabin crew told its been moved to the luggage and i have to just collect it from luggage collection area of Cochin airport. As my valuables were in baggage i was worried for moving my bag to luggage's. I did't found my bag in the Cochin baggage collection area.I filed a complain about my lost hand bag with the tag proof. They told they will find the bag and will contact me ASAP. Even after I called several times, they didn't help me finding it.                               I have been cancelled my wife's return flight ticket from Tiruchirapalli to Singapore, date of travel on 16 November 2014. After successful cancellation, I haven't get refund amount until now. I have been called numerous times to theirs customer service and customer support numbers from singapore, but no one can solve this issue. They keep saying that they will forward this issue to the relevant authority and I am being asked call them back 2 or 3 days later. When I am calling again, they are saying the same. I am fed up of choosing this ******* airline. I had sent so many emails with attached copy of my PNR PV7EI1 also couldn't get a single reply from theirs side. Please help me out this issue.

                                I had my flight from New Delhi to Lucknow on 14 Feb 2015 (AI 811). For boarding, I was going to T-3 but just to confirm, i called up the Air India customer care number[protected] n inquired for departure terminal. The female exec. said that departure terminal for my flight was 1-D. I asked her to cross check it once again as i was doubtful of Air India to depart from 1-D but she confidently asked me redirect to 1D from on-my-way to T3. On her advice, I reached 1-D just to find no Air India departure terminal there. Airport officials at 1D asked me to rush to T3. I again called up AI CC exec. n this time the female exec. confirmed T3 as my departure terminal. This unnecessary to-n-fro travel to 1-D terminal wasted more than 45 minutes. I reached T3 but realized that boarding for the flight had closed 5 minutes back. I told the officials everything that had happened and requested them to let me board the flight but they paid no heed and instead displayed rude behavior, especially the counter manager. I lodged a complaint about it but the AI assistance exec. shamelessly assured me no action over it! I had booked my return ticket as well which also got wasted.                                     I travelled with the Air India flight (AI 130) from London (Heathrow) to Mumbai (India) on 22 January 2015. The flight was scheduled to depart from London at 13:30 on 22 January 2015 and reach India on 23 Jan 2015 at 4 am. However, the flight arrived at 5.40 pm to Mumbai on 23rd Jan 2015 with a considerable delay of almost 14 hours. Moreover the entire experience and the response of air India was shocking and painful causing personal, financial and physical loss. We departed from London at 13.30 on 22 January 2015. Within sometime (around one hour) suddenly our TV screens went off, lights went off and there was a weird sound inside the flight. Within 5 minutes the pilot announced that there is some issue and the flight would be emergency landing at Budapest airport. Even after repeatedly asking the crew about the exact situation and the reason behind emergency landing there was no adequate response from the crew. We were just told that we might have to stay the night in the hotel at Budapest organized by air India and that they were not aware of anything else. Within few minutes we landed at Budapest airport. Soon after, the aircraft was vacated (about 6 pm – Budapest time) and passengers were instructed to move out. We were asked to sit in the lobby and wait for further instructions. We kept waiting at the airport sitting area but received no information from Air India crew. There was hardly any food available at Budapest airport and the outlets did not even accept cards and most currencies. Most passengers had no money to buy food or even water from the airport. When few passengers started getting hungry and sick that they made some noise, and asked Budapest airport authorities to contact air India crew and provide some food. Till then, we did not hear at all from Air India. Finally after few hours of waiting we were given some food by Budapest airport authorities which was also not satisfactory. Finally we were told that flights are arriving from other destinations which would take us to Delhi (contrary to our port of arrival i.e. Mumbai) and we would depart from Budapest airport at 11.30 pm (Budapest time). After few hours we were told that there are two flights coming from different locations and they would take us to Mumbai. No information was given about our baggage. Finally we were told to queue at 1 am (Budapest time) to start our departing procedure. We were taken inside some other air India flight (AI 140 or 142) by 1.45 pm and finally we departed from Budapest airport by 2pm (Budapest time). Still no information was given to us about how are baggage would be adjusted and why we were made to wait at the Budapest airport for almost 9-10 hours and not provided hotel accommodation (as promised earlier). The wait at the airport was painful without any adequate notice and reason. We finally reached Mumbai at 5.40 pm (contrary to our scheduled arrival of 4am) on 23rd January 2015. Not only did I miss out on important personal commitments due to the unreasonable delay, but continue to suffer from back and neck pain as the airline could not even provide us comfortable arrangements (hotel or otherwise) at the Budapest airport, where the flight landed in between. I am frequent flyer with Air India (Membership no – AI[protected]. The Air India’s reaction and response with this entire situation was shocking and forced me to write this complaint and request for refund of the entire cost of the tickets and damages. Air India should have been considerate enough to compensate their passengers for this loss itself. However, in view of their negligence, I am writing this complaint.
