Dear Sir, I am Mr. ISMAIL KURIENTE PURAKKAL. I purchased the Air India express ticket(Return) using my SBT debit card on 03/10/2013, from Abu Dhabi to Kozhikode and Kozhikode to Abu Dbahi. Arrogant and unfriendly Trivandrum Office
