Sir, I had booked ticket for TRV-BOM for flt IX502 of10/10/14 for five persons on line by Credit Card. Myself (GOPALA PILLAI) and ASHA G could not travel due to illness. I was informed over phone at TRV airport that eligible tax amount will be refunded. But no intimation about the refund is received so far. Pl look into into.it and do needful.     I was a traveller for IX-473(COK--CALICUT-BAHARAIN)--2.05PM--07/10 /14 Name---Mathew Cocheril Vacco Check in crew leader keep me waiting until the last moment(more than two hours) ----it was really the moments of tension I was traveling with a valid multiple /exit-re entry Saudi visa(but there was no emblem on the print out) Instead of clearing his doubt by checking in the Internet and taking a print out if needed---he made it as a big issue At the last moment i asked his name-----but his reaction was very sub standard. ( We are choosing Air India express ----due to Government institution ----not only due to low cost This type of crew members required training for politeness and responsibility-----they should know about others rights and how other airlines crews are behaving.--They should know that customers will not travel again, if the treatment is irritating---they should know that their behavior is important for company profitability and existence.       I registered online, for a wheelchair for my wife, during a recent trip to Singapore, by flights 812, 380, 381 & 811, the details of which are as follows: Web reference AIBE14077701 Booking reference Z432T But there was no such information with your staff at any airport. As a result, we had to make personal requests each time at all airports that caused gross delays in our schedules.

        Online ticket booking not working for two weeks

        As per my knowledge Air India Express online booking is not working for the past two weeks. Several contact numbers published on web are either not working or not attended. I got in touch with their office and they said online booking is not working due to some problem in the website due to 100 Rs. ticket bug of AI. They asked me to come to office and book it. I am not interested since going there, taking a token and return journey is few...

        Dear Sir, I was booked to travel from Mumbai to Goa on AI 659 on 29th August at 2010 hrs. As this was a routine flight, I expected to reach Goa by 2120hrs and have my dinner and medication in Goa. However I ended up being hospitalised on the 30th of August due to the incompetence of AI and the details are as below. The flight was to leave at 2010hrs and we boarded at 0740hrs, after boarding the pilot announced that he was waiting for another delayed AI flight carrying 6-8 passengers and we finally left at around 2100hrs. On reaching Goa, the pilot aborted the landing citing bad visibility although we could all clearly see the runway and returned to Mumbai by 2330hrs. During this entire duration we were offered two biscuits, one frooti and one bottle of water and one reaching Mumbai we were told that we could not disembark and food would be arranged on the aircraft itself. At around 0030hrs the flight took off again with the same crew and once again the pilot aborted landing citing bad weather. It is pertinent to note here that two flights including one international inbound of AI landed at Goa at the same time with no reported issues. On the second journey to and fro, we were told that catering arrangements were not made and hence there was nothing that could be done. The AI flight staff were happily eating their own packed meals while telling us this. By this time I was without food and medication for nearly 6 hours and was feeling very uncomfortable. Finally at 0300hrs we were allowed to deplane at Mumbai, what followed was even more disgusting. At the airport there was one solitary ground staff who did not know what to do and asked us for time. One hour passed with no resolution and no arrangement of any sort of refreshment. Our requests for having a senior operations staff to deal with the situation were met by the answer that no one wanted to come to talk to us. After arguing with this individual I managed to get a seat on the Jet flight to Goa at 0605hrs. Even this experience was extremely demeaning as I had to exit the AI arrivals and walk on the road with my baggage to Jet departures and wait for 30 mins at the security gate for someone from AI to escort us inside. After reaching Goa, my sugar levels had short to alarming levels resulting in dizziness and I had to be hospitalised till the 31st of August. I intend to take legal action against the incompetence of AI and the high handed and rude airline and ground staff who treat paying passengers like dirt. What is even more disgusting that I as an Indian taxpayer subsidise these sort of incompetent people and allow them to squander my hard earned money. This is just not acceptable and I am unable to understand how AI ever intends to make any money with such disgusting customer service. The purpose of this complaint to provide adequate warning to AI as no one has even bothered to find out or even apologise for the way in which we were treated by AI staff. Needless to say, this is my last journey with AI and I will use all means at my disposal including social media platforms to highlight the disgusting joke that is known as Air India Ashton Lemos Godinho, Goa [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

          I was travelling with my infant from Delhi to Goa on 24th August in flight AI865. My seat no. was 31A. The flight Attendant call Sana was very rude and misbehaved with me in the flight. And when i asked her name she said that she was not supposed to tell. When asked why, she made some weird face, called me mad and went away. Later i complained to the the senior Flight Attendant about Sana (flight attendant) she said that she would speak to her and would get back to me. But she didn't. In sometime i reached to my destination and complained to the captain of the flight He was very supportive and called that flight attendant outside but instead saying sorry she started shouting at me and arguing with me called me a liar and said that "My name is Sana and do what u want to do"!!! The captain explained to flight attendant Sana that she's not supposed to shout at the passenger and must apologize but she ignored and started arguing with the captain too. 90% of the Air India Flight Staff is rude, ill behaved and ill mannered!!! There has to be some strict rule for the Air India Airline Flight Staff like other Airlines.

            I was traveling in your flight from calicut to sharjah on 21/08/2014 .14.30 with my family . When i reached my seat no 16 A and 16 B my cabin baggage space is full, due to this reason I can't keep our bag's some were else because there are valuable things. l asked one of the cabin crew why our space is full. He said the other passengers who seated behind they kept their baggage in front because it is easy for them to take once they reach the destination .The cabin crew informed us he will sort out this issue, at the same time another staff came and informed us that we can keep our things wherever we want.as I informed earlier we can't keep our things any were which is useless, then he started showing his attitude towards us, he said he is not our servant which we never thought about it then after he told us he will offload us if we dint say sorry to him, I will never say sorry to anyone without any mistakes from my side .l asked him please give your name and the details but he didn't give and he covered his name tag as well. I think his name is Liju Raj, Sir kindly investigate his attitude issues towards your passenger's otherwise if you continue with like this type of staff's you will never reach your goal to the success of Air India Express .

              I was traveling from Man galore to Dubai, on18th august 2014 at 14.00 by ix-383 my seat number 8c
              I travel frequently to man galore, to Dubai, I have business set up in Dubai and Mangalore and china
              my checked baggage 12kgs and my hand bag was 9kgs including my lap top, after checked in and collected my boarding pass, while I was moving she called improper way put your hand bag on scale, I mention her my hand bag weight is 9kgs if I have more I would have put in my checked in baggage, common sense, she ignored my discussion she said we have to weight, that is our rule.( she should have used her knowledge same time before calling me) my notice
              Look I have been travelling when you are not born, this ward made her negative sense, I could understood her expression, and angry because I said you are not born when i was traveling, same time she should have taken very good sense and respected me as my age and facts are correct, she saw my passport with stamps it is fact. my travel experience i have to read rules and regulation of the country before we visit.
              Soon she called security, that is wrong in her part, i am not a drunk man, nor i fight had to hand, i did not use bad ward,
              silly lady she could not take or understand the situation she required some help, or she is not capable to handle the situation so no positive sense also silly,
              I asked security, ask her what is her problems, he ask me you checked your weight, yes, he can not ask more then that.i am not fighter, nor my profession he understood looking at me he moved,
              my point why you called security and police when you are not correct in your podition
              Soon after she argue lots, i learned from her first time, her mind is only imposing my weight, not giving good service or healthy talks polite manner to passenger,
              I am furious because here our conflict is for weight, very well she can tell me polite way as her job described by me that you should not get angry because you are job title is service oriented job.we passenger are your guest, respect most, because we stay only 2or3minutes in front of you.
              she don't want here, so I ask her what is your name I required for reason, she got angry and told me it is non of your business, you are act like a mad.
              I called manager and asked this is the way you treat us, because I ask her name tag which she don't have it. she is telling me I am mad I cant take it for silly reason, she made me mad.
              as per my travel experience for weight this seen first time.
              Please don't harsh us for silly it is your greed or your purpose we don't know and also what you train them also we don't know, this will spoil our mood while in our travel time.
              My remark is such people are not suitable for the counter or serve the people.
              Her name I got it from manager miss Jean, manager mr.Anand very gentle man.he apologized me on her behalf he said she should not used this ward mad.he said I am sorry,
              I felt in my trip spoiled my mood, because of silly girl.
              We travel our own country aircraft, we respect my country, but this kind of young generation behaviours are very nasty, sad to express with others.

                Hello Air India General Manager We had flight on 13 Aug 2014 from JFK, New York to Delhi and was cancelled due to technical fault in plane. Air India informed us just few minutes before departure . So there was large passenger gathering in front of Air India counters and mess was there . All the passengers were angry over the staff as they could not control such situation even after 1 hour later. Then we tried to get in touch with supervisor. I met supervisor named Mr. Rubel who was there that time so when we interacted with him he is so rude and non sympathetic to fellow Indians . I asked many times regarding flight and arrangement made by you then Mr. Rubel replied Un satisfactory and then start misbehaving with us. He is very irresponsible super or manager who does not even to talk with passenger. Being a indian I request Air India bosses to fire Mr. Rubel to avoid further Air India image. Mr. Rubel is non co- operative and hopeless supervisor so plz remove him immediately . I tried to get other Air India staff views regarding Mr. Rubel and most of them said negative about him. Plz go for screening and get fired these kind of employees from India, s only Airliner. Thanks

                  My things are stolen while transporting by air india. This gentleman sitting at chandigarh as i dont know as what, Mr Minhas, has the audacity to shout at me when enquiring about my stolen items. He is trying to give me sermons as to i should have carried it as cabin baggage as it was only 11 kgs. Will somebody tell me who is this fellow to trouble me further after shameless act by his counterparts if i may say so. this fellow instead of helping me disconnected the phone without listening to my grievence. i called him because the day my luggage was stolen and complaint was logged, this fellow was not there at the airport and unfortunately i was given his number to clarify further stance . i think he sits at the air india chandigarh as manager. i would like to question all if this is the attitude of the servants of airindia for their customers. i am a defence officer and the current policy binds me to travel with this carrier else i would not even in my dreams travel with this utter unprofessional carrier. my things are stolen instead of helping me and trying to resolve the problem you try to blame the customer only. i request a stern action against this felow Mr Minhas to be taken. he should be taught that the customers also hold some office and may be higher than his. he should have some decency and should be taught how to converse with the customers. air india is not doing any favour by transporting us. we are paying for it and paying much more than other carriers. i am sorry to say the attitude of the staff is highly unprofessional. thanking you and hoping for a positive approach to enhance the national carrier of our country now a star alliance member.

                    I, Ankush Sudyal travelled by AI852 from Pune to Delhi on 14 Aug 14. My baggage was misplaced by air india. I went to baggage counter at New Delhi airport and enquired. They told me to register a complain and asked me where I would like my baggage to be delivered as they had no clue about my baggage at that time. I filed the complaint and asked them to deliver the bag at chandigarh. I asked them about the time required for recovery of my bag, to which I was told the next day i.e. by 15 Aug 14, my bag would come to chandigarh. However there was no luck on 15 Aug14 as they could only spot my baggage in patna on 15 evening. I asked them so they (delhi baggae office) told that my baggae would reach the next day i.e. on 16 Aug 14. My bag arrived at chandigarh airport on 16 Aug14 by AirIndia. I collected my bag, did the formalities and left. I wanted my charger to charge my phone, so i opened my bag and found my charger missing. On further checking i found things stolen from my bag.details are as follows: a) Samsung notebook with charger in black bag b) Apple 4s brand new packed with all accesorries c) Nokia c-5 (old) d) charger and ear phones i immidiately informed the chandigarh air india authorities and logged a complian in form of personal application and all other evidences like the seal on bag etc. i have logged an FIR with chandigarh sector 31 police station. further i would like to inform you that my bag was deliberately opened and tampered and thorougly checked by the thief and electronics stolen. i am saying this because it had two envelopes packed which were opened, checked and left in the baggage. one was a rakhi and another a new ATM card without pin. i would request you to kindly intervene in this matter and help me recover my valuables at the earliest. i am a serving defence officer and my laptop may contain sensitive data. so it is an urgent matter to be dealt with and recover the stolen items at the earliest. This whole episode has a big security lapse shown on part of Air India. the matter should be dealt with urgency and a stern action must be taken against all defaulters starting with the staff putting a wrong tag on my bag in pune airport.

                        Hello, I, Shubhankar Chakravorty, had visited Kolkata on July 29 for my grandmother's death by Indigo flight 6E-433. I returned to Bangalore on Aug. 2 around 20.20 from Kolkata, on Air India flight AI-771, but my luggage (a yellow and gray Wildcraft backpack with no provision to lock) didn't reach. I had my clothes, toiletries, food - usual stuff in it, along with a folder with all my degrees, certificates, very vital documents, contracts, passport, pan-card, debit cards in it, basically everything about my existence so far and Rs 19, 000 cash. Air India couldn't trace the bag for four hours, during which I waited at the airport after filing my complaint, because my house key was in my bag as well and not being originally from Bangalore I had nowhere else to go. Air India did offer me Rs 2, 000 compensation but there is no hotel within 5 km radius of the airport, so I had to stay back. At about 00.50 on Aug. 3, Air India ground staff, Mr Naveen, informed me that the bag has been located in Chennai airport. He assured me I'll get it my bag earliest on Sunday, Aug. 3 morning and it'd be couriered to my house. On that assurance I left to stay at a colleagues place. When I received my bag at about 11.50 on Aug. 3, it was delivered sealed in a plastic bag, when I opened it, the sticker on the bag's clip was broken, the order in which I had arranged my stuff was altered, my pan card and debit cards were lying inside my bag, out from the file where I keep it. And my file had all the other documents were there but the Rs 19, 000 cash - 36 Rs 500 notes and one Rs 1, 000 note - was missing. On contacting Air India on phone, they refuse to take charge telling me it was my fault that I kept valuables in check-in luggage. A certain Ms Chitra from Air India ground staff at Bangalore airport asked me what is the proof that I had Rs 19, 000 cash in my bag and there's nothing they can do, I have signed and received my luggage and their duty was done. I have never felt more cheated in my life and to top it all being accused of lying by Air India staff about the existence of money in my bag. Now their phone is either busy or is not picked by the person I believe in duty, Mr Nitin. On Aug 3 afternoon, Mr Nitin kept showing me I haven't mentioned "cash" while filing missing baggage complaint on Aug 2 evening. While fact remains I repeatedly told Mr Naveen, that there's Rs 19, 000 cash in the bag on Aug. 2 evening. I had to make Mr Naveen tell Mr Nitin that I indeed told him I had Rs 19, 000 cash in my bag. The Mr Nitin asked me if the flight was on Aug. 2 evening or Aug. 1 evening. What is this? I request you Sir, please immediately action into it by Air India authority. I understand Air India advises very clearly to not carry valuables in check-in luggage, but it also claims that no employees would ever open personal baggage, besides delivering the luggage on right time to the right destination. Air India needs to understand that I carrying valuables in check-in bag, as long as it's legal, is not a violation of law or any rules, but what in fact is a violation is opening the bag and stealing from it. In fact it's a crime punishable by law in India. Not to forget to send the luggage to a random destination unaccompanied by a passenger is a serious violation of airline safety and law. I've already filed a police complaint and shall have to take necessary legal action to resolve the matter. My Air India complaint no.: BLRAI 32906

                            Sub : Regarding The Missing Valuable Items from the Baggage. Dear Sir/Madam I Was travelling from London to Delhi from the Air India Flight (AI 116) and then a Domestic Air India Flight (AI 560) to Hyderabad. When I arrived at Hyderabad Airport I found one of my baggage was not arrived and I reported about the missing bag (PIR report) and the person on the desk said i will received it by evening on the same day, although i haven't received on that day but received the next day in morning. After receiving the bag I found the lock been tampered and there were some valuable items were missing. There was an IPHONE 4S along with Three cables and 2 I phone Chargers, Belt, Ladies goggles and a GENTS WATCH. Kindly please look into this matter urgently. Much Appreciated. Mohammed Arif Note: This morning when I received the bag i received it from a private delivery van.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I am Rafeeque Chakkanchola from Kerala. I have travelled from Muscat to Calicut on 24.07.2014 by Air India Express flight IX 350. But untill now my luggages are not delivered. I have repeatedly contacted your local office at calicut airport, and even they couldnt confirm when it will be delivered.                                 Dear Sir/Madam,


                                I booked flight No. AI 349 dated 28th July 2014 from Delhi to Mumbai. I booked this early flight due to some urgent work in mumbai. I left for airport at around 1:00 AM from my residence after confirming flight timings. When i reached airport, i got message that flight is delayed by 4 hours. Since i have to meet somebody at around 7 AM at mumbai, i missed very important meeting.


                                Further we asked for lounge to take rest but officials denied to provide the same. They provided oily and unhealthy breakfast at airport. I am not feeling well due to this torture.


                                On the whole, it was a bad experience travelling with such a reputed airlines of india.


                                As i missed the important meeting with my client my visit to mumbai is waste of time and money, i want refund of my ticket amount.

                                  Dear Sir, I booked my ticket from Incheon, Seoul to New delhi through cleartrip in Air india Airlines for 30th June 2014. My Trip ID is [protected], Ticket No. is 098-[protected] & Airline PNR is HX86F. Its very surprising that before go to cancellation, I talked to Customer care of Air India and he told me that amount deducted by airline will ne 1450 (as it is no show case) and they have deducted around Rs 5800 for that flight after cancellation. Please do the needful asap as i have talked many times to customer care and their response is not good this time. hoping for some positive response. Thanks ajay jain

Waited for your reply but no response .Again I had sent you a second reminder on the 23th of June and waited patiently but still till today no response. .Your apology will not erase the unnecessary expenses caused due to the inefficency of your staffs negligence.
