Lost Baggage

My FIle reference number is BOMAI99781. I am not getting any response even after 1 week. None of the Baggage service contact numbers are reachable. They are also ringing but no body attend the same. Newark baggage center not even responding to Bombay service center. They are so pathetic and I see this as real harassment. Money not refunded for canceled air tickets

Sir,
Even after repated remainder mails, the fare charge of my cancelled air tickets is not yet refunded .Its already more than 6 months since I cancelled my tickets. Every time Iam getting the same reply that the case is forwarded to the concerned department.

I was rerouted via Delhi with a overnight halt at Delhi airport and reached Chennai next day after the overnight halt. Negligence of ground staff
