On jan 31 (11 58 pm) i had placed and order worth 1416 paid order amount advancely(phonepe) after paying the amount in ajio app (feb 1 12 01 am) its showed a messge "HANG ON WE ARE EXPERIENCING HEAVY TRAFFIC TRY AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME"
so i checked after some time there are no traces that my order has placed or not but my amount debited from bank. I raised a request to customer care but no response saying we are trying our level best...

I have paid money to shopping site ajio on 31st jan 2022 through google pay upi.money got debited from my side, payment was successful but when i ask for refund they denied that they are unable to track debited amount and asking for pgid number or contact your bank .i have attached receipt of my transaction .plz refund my money....

If you had initiated the refund normally ( in genuine apps) It will take less than 3 days..

I have ordered 3 products from Ajio worth 2000 rupees. Since those fabric is not good I have opted for return.
Immediately after 1 week of receiving those products . No one has reached me for collecting those products. I have dropping mails from 2 weeks but no proper response from worst service fellows. And finally they said that the return option was closed as the time was elapsed.

Ajio Customer care No. is not passing to the Customer care executive. I have given through email complaint no. of time. None of them are replied. I think it's a fraud company....

I have been trying to return two shoes. Since I work, I am not available at my home address at a certain time.
