Bad 😕 It seems that AJIO has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Few days back I was unable to log in to my account, so I called customer care and there they told me my account has been block. Inspite of blocking my account they kept sending mh pending order instead of canceling them. Now I received all useless/wrong products which I can't even use or exchange.
I've spent my hard earned money on this and I feel terrible and cheat by the company like ajio....
Placed order worth rs2048.28 on ajio website for a Jeans on 12th January. jeans was never delivered but on website mentions delivered on 20th January....
I have returned a few items ordered from ajio and even after successfully reaching of them to the warehouse, my refund is not initiating. They raise complains and then close them saying refund will be initiated but it still hasn't.

I recieved a wrong color product and when i returned it these people are not accepting the product saying that its a non ajio product and we are shipping it back. The refund is stuck for over a month now and then i got this mail. I had complained about it on the app also earlier that i got a yellow colored pullover instead of green along with the picture. Initially i faced the problem that i cudnt place a return request for around 10-15 days...
I have returned a few orders and refund not received in 6months time also despite several complaints and reminders. Orders were cancelled and no refund received. Since August I am requesting them to return my money but all in vein. This company is a fraud and it's been made for cheating purpose and money laundering....

if I login with email ID I am able to see wallet money.

I had placed an order in December. I did not receive 5 out of 6 products. On 25th December i got an email from the company saying it is lost in transit and the next day, it was showing delivered on the app. I am so troubled by the company, they do not corporate.
