Money not refunded after return

I have ordered the abaya from Ajio .The quality of the cloth was not appealing. I have applied for return of product. I have returned with proper tags and all within said days. It was said as soon as the product reaches back the refund will be initiated but there is nothing like that. Return my product but not received and refund

I’ve returned my ajio product of return id -RT57451934on 3rd feb.And I’ve called them 40 times and mailed them more than 15 times after they said that my refund was initiated.I have shared my bank transaction details 3 times to them as there was no amount of 389 rupees credited to me from their side.They said that my ifsc code was invalid so i have shared my alternative bank account to them and verified ifsc code of particular bank account...

Ajio Account Blocked

My Ajio account was blocked suddenly.
I reached out to the customer care, he told i have returned lot of orders in past.
Also, I cannot keep something which dont fit me good and also i have made some good purchase in the pas aswell.

Please look into the matter and try to unblock my account....

Pathetic and worse shopping experience on AJIO!
1. First of all customer care is the most pathetic. If you try to call them you are put on auto stating due to covid there are long waiting calls and hence you could try to resolve your complaint on the app.
2. When you raise a complaint on the app the complaint that you raise and a solution that they provide is absolutely pathetic.

Wrong product delivery

I had ordered rayban sunglasses worth 9531₹. But I received non ajio product, wrong sunglasses. So I returned them but the company refused to accept it and reshipping me the same wrong product, its been a lot of time that this happened and I had clicked pictures in the ajio app so I dont have images of the wrong product.
Please help me get the original sunglasses or refund.

Duplicate product without tag received

I have raised a complain to ajio once i received an order from ajio. The order was of steve madden bag. There was no tagging in the product and the product which i got was also of a very different color. Now the company is refusing to return it because brand tag is not available.
The company is not even taking any action on the same.
Have been calling ajio since one month now for the same product.

Return in Ajio is impossible

They send us parcel without tag and not allowed to open in front of delivery boy so I recorded the video while opening it and there was no tag again in the parcel and without tag they don't entertain return. What customer will do if he or she wanted to return it...

There's no price tag when I received the product

There's no price tag when i received the product and the product is not good.
So i requested for a return, but i got declined twice, saying there's no price tag.
I talked to the customer care many times, but there's no appropriate response and they aren't answering my emails ....

Refusal to refund money

Gold coin received in poor condition

Dear Sir,

On 6th February we ordered a gold coin from Ajio and paid using our citibank credit card. The order id for the same is FL[protected]. The same was delivered on 19th. The product did not come in a Reliance jewellery box but was packed in a transparent packet and was taped from the back side. Due to taping of the back part of the certicard a considerable amount of glue has been left on the back side of the certicard...
