I wanted to buy a shoes from ajio and upon filling all the details, I finished doing ky payment worth rs. 1271 from mobikwik and payment was succesful i.e. my amount was debited from account but its not showing in mynorders placed
Kindly help and refund my amount asap...

I ordered bangles from ajio.com and it was charged doubled the product and still there's no refund or pickup has been done and when I complained they are just giving dates after dates but there's no solution since a month....

I received my shoes from ajio yesterday, without any price tag on them and the color of the shoes is variable from the pictures.so i initiated for the return within hours, and today the delivery person came.He rejected the return saying there's no price tag on the product, which is also my concern....

I ordered shirt but recieved an dirty cap i don't know why i never expected that with Ajio i return that product but dilevry boy not acxepting it because seriously he also saying it is not acceptable what is this i am tatally disappointed with that i blindly believe that Ajio is a brand and he never giving any wrong product because i pay for that very high money but now i feel very bad experience i don't know who did this i still believe...

I have ordered a madame sweatshirt of wine color from ajio on 6th jan..on 13th jan they delivered a wrong product ..which was also a sweatshirt of maroon color but from different brand ...i immediately requested for return mentioning that its a wrong product...i even uploaded the images of the wrong sweatshirt and described everything in details...they approved the return pickup..took the parcel from me and started...

Ajio refunded in wallet.I want to transfer all my wallet amount in my bank its not possible on myself as i could not get otp... i want my money in my bank from your end... do it now... I have been trying for so many months. I have called many times in the last five month for this issue. Every time they reply through mail, uninstall and install your app, you update your app. Clear cookies and cache from your history and try to login...

I have not received my refund of return id #RT49878945 yet. its been more than 3.5 months now. i tried mailing them more than 20 times giving all my bank statements and trying to reach out but no solution was given, the customer care executives are also of no use, they keep on postponing saying that youll get it soon or just hangs up the call on the face.

I have retuned the 2 jeans long back, but still the status of jeans is not updated in App and refund amount not initiated so far. One of ajio support team member told me that products have been reached to ware house and the refund amount will be credited to my bank before 7th Feb'22. But till date it was not happened.

After that when I reached again to ajio...
