Issue in returning one order

Its been more than 10 days since I’m trying to return one order .
The order i have received is wrong . I ordered size s and got size M now from last 4 days i have been trying to call customer care and i was told order would be returned by 8 of January but still didn’t get any call from ajio . In app its showing returned attempt was made my delivery partner but in reality there’s isn’t any attempt made . So please solve this...

Delayed in return pickup

I have never ever came across such ridiculous service I created a return request on 3rd of january. the product has not been picked up after calling multiple times to customer care they are not responding properly. They are giving false information and not giving a exact date kindly look into it and do the needful...

Refund not received after 2 months

I ordered 2dresses from AJIO application.One product I received was defective.Another one I had size related issue and as the product was out of stock, I selected return.I returned two of these products on November 2021.
Till now I haven't received my refund. I called them a number of times and mailed them.But no proper response was given.Now they are not even attending my calls.I need to get refund for 2 dresses, that is, Rs .660.br...

Request for return is not initiating

I ordered a product on ajio on 18-12-21 . But as the order arrived I doesn't like the quality of product. I request to return the product. Many times return was not picked up and my return request was cancelled by then every time.

Now I m trying to make a request of return for that product but i m unable to make a request. I even wrote an email to them but no response has come....

I order a shirt from ajio and get the product with low quality. So I request for return.the delivery guy came and check the product and say it is not matching with the original and reject the pick up. After that I shaw original pic and swip left then I found that original zoomed image was match. Snd now I m trying to re- shedule my pick- up since 29 dec 2021 but nothing is happening...

Login issues

I cannot login into my account, they saying access denied. But without any information this is not right to deactivate my account and now I cannot login, I have money in my ajio wallet and I need to return some products too....

Superdry windcheater

I ordered a superdry windcheater costing 9000/- but to my horror when I opened the packet I received an old Tshirt … the authorities are cancelling my return requests again and again . They are saying that the product is a non ajio product so we cannot return it . But what is my fault … only that I trusted this site . Plz help...

My account of ajio - [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked since 2 weeks and after complaining
multiple times they haven't resolved the issue.. though they agreed too about no such policy in ajio where multiple returns could make customers account block.. they did so with me due to multiple orders.. they should atleast mention before about the limitations of returning and ordering products.. no one would buy the same product...

Order delivered but not received also no refund though filed a complaint

Why attempt is being made to deliver the items today i.e. 07.01.2022, which were showed delivered on 25.12.2021 already. Also delivery agent is forcing me to accept the delivery or else he is said my refund will stuck. I can not understand that why I am being troubled in such ways. I do not want any delivery, I want my refund...

I placed a order (ID no. FL[protected]) on 20 December 2021 for 3 items and made payment via online netbanking. Due to some work i had to go out of station on 23.12.2021 and my house was lock for 4 days. 24.12.2021 I received message (no call was received from delivery agent) that 2 items out of 3 has been delivered, though there was no-one to take delivery. I tried to contact customer care and request to file a complaint. Complaint was filed...

I ordered 2 product from ajio on 18 dec 2021. I was not satisfied with the quality of products and I request to return the product immediately. But they fakely claim that an attempt was made many times. Whenever their agent come to pick the order he said that QR not matching and doesn't pick my order. I am highly disappointed with ajio. I want my refund as soon as possible....
