I have been a AMAZON customer now for 5 years.
Recently ordered a Crompton make ceiling fan (Order No.[protected]under exchange offer, which said - we need to keep the old fan unmounted during the time of delivery of the New Fan. I took Moible in exchange offer on 8th October and I also took subscription plan for wool delivery when it was time for delivery, their delivery boy was asking me 750 rs more. But I had already given my exchange mobile to amazon in day ago and they were charging me 750 rs more.

The delivery agent came and rejected my exchange offer and when I mentioned to him that delivery the new mobile to me and I will pay the remaining difference amount he cancelled my order stating that the customer has rejected the item. I have been waiting since then they told me 27 september then 3rd october then this friday then today they told me to wait another 7-8 days. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an unsatisfactory delivery experience that I recently encountered with my Order number[protected]. The delivery happened on the 23rd of September Time Between 10.24 am to 10.45 am.

I have ordered a phone from amazon.in
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G on 28 September of amount 44, 900 which after sometime i opted for the refund as i was getting it way cheaper from some another source while opting for refund i was given a choice of getting the money refunded in same source or else i can transfer it to my amazon pay balance. To get money to refunded to same source i had to wait 7 to 8 working days as i have to make payment...

Hi, I ordered two products from Amazon which were defective so I issued a return of the two products. I called amazon customer care and asked for a refund of the order and he told me refund will be issued in my bank account. Later i found out that the agent has issued a cheque on my address without my permission instead of a bank refund. Hi, I regularly buy By Nature brand agar agar to make vegan curd. This batch of both cans I got from Amazon have a very different looking agar powder and it’s not doing the thickening that their regular agar does. I tried another batch and that batch is working well.
When I report this with photos to Amazon they keep repeating that it’s a non returnable product and that they can’t do anything....
