Apple iphone 5S

I bought a new iphone 5s on 14 feb 2017, and since last one week the touch is not sensing at all, when i gave it to service centre here in hyderabad, they say that there are dents in the phone hence the phone touch is not working and they are saying that the phone cannot be serviced at all and device replacement is the only option (Note: the phone is under warranty and since the phone has dent it was not covered under warranty.)...

Poor in quality of iphone 6s

They don't let me know the exact delivery date of my phone

Today at 3:00 when i called B2X service centre (iphone authorised service centre) in jodhpur and when i asked for the delivery date for my phone they said it will be tomorrow, and then at 6:15 those ###### text me that my phone is ready. Soo please collect it. How can a person can collect a phone just within 15 min. They dont have any common sense....

Iphone 6 16gb stopped working just after 5 weeks of warranty period

Hi,

My iphone6 16 gb (Imei : [protected]) has stopped working suddenly on 29.04.17 just after 5 weeks of expiry of warranty period and the set is presently deposited to apple authorised service centre against a non-refundable payment of inr 1600 for checking the problems only.

This is absolutely not acceptable that such a reputed and costly product gets such problem within this short period of time whereas...

IPhone 5S Auto Contact detection

It is causing inconvenience. Last year this type of incident happen and it took me 6 months to rearrange all contacts. Now again most of my contacts got removed. It is very painful to loss contacts. Service at apple support center

Iphone 7 mic fails 3 times in 20 days of purchase

But iPhone 7 on 24 march 2017, but yet not used much . Till now it was in service centre "F1 in Nehru Place New Delhi " for 10 days
