Dear sir, madam,
Myself heena zala someone used my debit card for withdrawal the money of amount of rs. 5000/= on dated 23.04.2018 and also some one used my debit card for online shopping on dated 26.04.2018 amount of rs 6000/=.

Myself personally visited and bank of bank of baroda branch at karol bagh on dated 03 may 2018 regarding my complaint about fraud cash withdrawal

I have booked two tickets through irctc and payment made by bhim application through my mobile on dt.20.01.2018 upi/[protected]/16:02:37/upi/[protected] & upi/[protected]/16:14:55/upi/[protected]
The same tickets i have canceled on 27/03/2018 & 28/03/2018. I got refund for the ticket cancel on 27/03/2018 but refund for 28/03/2018 cancelled ticket is still pending. I have contacted my branch (Kribhconagar, surat, gujarat) they asked...

A refund has been made by amazon on 17th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying that for refunging i have been wait for 14 working days. Which already over. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

My a/c no is [protected]. Ifsc code-barb0barasa. My debit card status becomes "unable to read" frequently. Last time i visited br. And regenerated new pin. It worked for one day only in may, 2018. The card is not working again. Status shows"unable to read card". Pl, resolve the issue immediately. I am a working lady and it is most inconvenient for me to visit bk br frequently....

I attempted to deposit ₹ 50, 000/- into my account at the cdm attached to the nashik branch. As it was a card linked deposit i used my bob debit card, verified the account no, name and the hopper opened to insert the cash.
On inserting the notes and choosing "continue"option the machine began counting the notes and abruptly stopped.. Flashing a hardware error on screen i have registered a complaint at the attached branch...

I booked a ticket in railways on 14 th march. The transaction was failed and i got a message from railway department that they have credited the money back to the bank. But my account is not credited with the amount. The amount is rs.380. I have attached the details and message that i got from indian railway department. Please take necessary action....

Amazon customer care saying it has been transacted successfully but i had visited your vakola branch there they said there is no such transaction. Request ref no. 145329... And my bank acc no. I did not get my refund in my bank amount having generated the reference number. It has been 10 days since reference number generated. Customer care service did not helped me. I had buy some products i have cancelled them. They processed the request and got the reference number means amount is deducted from their account but not credited to mine. Plz help me urgently need my money otherwise i have filed complaint against your bank....

I am ravi prakash. I have shop with amazon. i have return my order and request for refund in my bank account which is in bank of baroda . The amount is refunded by amazon on 24 april 2018 and today i have contacted with bank of baroda customer care. The customer care saying that they can’t help me when i am in trouble . I have reference number for the refund of rs[protected]. This unhappy effort was not expected by bank of baroda...
