irregularity of staff on banking hours

imps complaint with rrn no. 918118903046

This is ashvani pandey, i did a transaction of 15000 on 30-06-19 at 6.11 pm using bank of broda mobile banking, but i did a mistake i entered the wrong ifsc code while account no. Correct. Now the is money is debited from my account and not credited to beneficiary account. Its been almost 2 days, i called customer care but i no help. paytm refund is not initiated

Is not reflected in my bank account and bob staff told me to wait 7days and i have waited 7 days but also i did not get my amount then paytm has given reference number[protected] told that time taken by your bank to hand over this money in your account /card is beyond our control and time taken by bank internal process....

amount not refunded to my account

I made one bank gaurentee in 2013 and time is already over but unfortunately original gaurentee is misplaced but tenure is over, when i request to manager to redeposit in account than he made excuses.
The system is totally worst and that is reason why govt banks are backward compare to pvt banks. Staff is totaly lazy and off dated.

unacceptable service and rude behaviour

I am an overseas citizen of india who has been trying to open a nro bank account with the bank of baroda, santoshpur branch in kolkata. I visited this branch on the 01st of june 2019 to open a nro account. I completed all the requested paperwork and provided all the requested documents required to open this account. I even deposited rs 5000 as an opening amount.

I was told that it normally takes 5 - 7 days to open such an account....

about to get refund

Hello,
I ordered a book on amazon which was named 'agni ki udaan' and i made my payment by bob debit card. But, due to some of the reasons i didn't get the product and it was sent back to the seller.

I already applied for the refund on 15th may, the refund had been initiated on 19th may.

I hope it will sort out as soon as possible.

false allegations and harassment
