Regarding refund from amazon they have intimated that my refund is processed if i havnt got refund i can charge a dispute with my bank.. But no option is there in mob banking or anywhere whre i can file a dispute.. This is the message i git from amazon

trying fraud

I deposited 26000 on 24 june 2019 at 11 a. M in account number [protected] but the bank deposited 20000 only afert calling the branch sevral times they responded me to come to the branch. They argued for minutes thet the amount was 20000 but when the extra slip with the bank the amount was 26000 in words and figures then they deposited the balanced amount. This all caused me a half day off and a trust factor which i borrowed the money...

about amazon refund

A refund 10000 💰 has been made by amazon on 8th of june regarding a amazon pay balance which i've added from bank account to amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. money deducted from bank but payment was unsuccessful

I am nisha. I paid my college fee of rs. 37518/- through online mode on 4th october 2018. Money deducted from my account but did not reach to the respective account i was trying to send.

I hereby mention that Rs 10000 deducted from my a/c during the ATM transaction on date 22/5/19 which I have not received.
From my account money is deducted but I didn't received 10000 .I have complained this matter to Bob customer care on 23/5/19 but they decline my complain.i have complained the case to my home branch but they haven't responded.please look into this matter...

no principal amount credited in my home loan account

I complained for not credited of Principal amount from my account.I submitted this complaint to branch and head office at Sayajigunj in Jan'19 also. But till date no possitive reply for the same.i shows that no single rupees credits for principal amount between from 23/6/11 to 22/03/17....
