imps transaction timeout

I did a IMPS transaction of RS 1500 through m connect aap and during this it has been timeout.

not getting the pass book and misbehave by staff for demanding the same

Iam a customer having 9 accounts in your bank gone to collect my chq.and the lady who is dealing clearing was very uncultured she mis ehaved me like anything.
