IPL tickets

I had ordered 4 tickets for the IPL match scheduled on 19th may . The delivery status showed delivered today at 08:10 am but I didn't receive the tickets. Blue dart shows delivered and there is no customer support answering. It's pathetic that no body from BMS i resolving the issue...

Money deducted from account but got no confirmation or tickets

I booked 2 tickets for doctor strange multiverse of madness on 2 may. Amount of 577 was debited from my account but neither confirmation nor tickets were being reflected under purchase history. The live chat responds with the same message to check the purchase history. I had to book new tickets for the next day and now i want a refund...

Do not refund even called within 2 minutes after booking mistake

I wanted to book ticket for 7th may for Doctor Strange: In The Multiverse Of Madness. but i book ticket by mistake for today 6th may for 1.45 noon, even ticket was booked at 1.56 noon, after show start

I called your customer support in 2 minutes but they simply said sorry. i requested them alot but they even did not care and keep saying sorry and sorrybr...

I have raised a complaint...but they Not taken any action..they support fraud cinema's
Show cancelled by cinema hall but refund not initiated
I had booked ticket at IMP Big Screen 2K 3D Dolby for KGF2 at 9:30pm Booking ID IMPM[protected] but when i reached there, they told me they showing BEAST movie on 9:30pm also they cancelled my booking.On contacting bookmyshow customercare they not giving any updates on my Refund...not received...

Customer Service

I booked 6 tickets for a movie for the wrong date and time. I called the customer care, the customer service took around 40 mins to pick answer my query and till then the call was on queue. I waited for 40 minutes just to understand that my ticket will not be cancelled or modified to a different date. When I enquired about the wait time, she said it is because of some holiday and they were not able to answer the call. It's just [censored]!!...

Wrong sold out information given on app

Recently i booked ipl tickets for the game csk vs gt …. I wanted to book tickets for mi vs csk match but it shows full … when i was booking the tickets it showed mi vs kkr tickets are full and not available… now it is available… its wrong on your part to show the match tickets is full when its not … so i want to ask if i will be able to modify or cancel the ticket to mi vs csk if its available… expecting a favourable reply to...

Ticket amount not refunded

I have booked a cinema ticket through bookmyshow on[protected] for the Malayalam film named "AVIYAL" in Carnival RP Mall kollam at the show time 4 pm. But the show was cancelled by the theatre due to insufficient number of audience. The theatre crews say that the amount will be automatically credited to the bank with in 7 days. But still now I did not recieved the amount. Take necessary action....

BookMyShow: IPL Match Tickets Fraud

Hello,

Booked 3 IPL match tickets for 6k on bookmyshow platform however received only 2 tickets through courier. Bookmyshow support said that we need not worry as digital form of tickets are good to go. However, the stadium authorities refused to accept digital tickets & one o[censored]s had to come back home.

1) It seems one ticket was sold out fraudulently
2) Also bookmyshow support gave wrong informationbr...

Amount paid but ticket not booked(7632043297 registered phone no.)

I was trying to book KGF 2 movie ticket at 11:57 am on 30th April and I paid the amount and yet book my show showed transaction cancelled.
Therefore my money is debited from my account(I have checked it in my m passbook) and I didn't got the movie ticket....

This is Mahendra Vajja i was booked a ticket in Bookmy Show in Sri Saraswathi Picture palace in Guntur on 30th April the movie name was Acharya.The therethare management was cancelled the show with out any intimation and the management behaves in roud maner, i have lost my valueble time and money.So please kindly take the action and gave some compensation.

I had booked ticket at gpr multiplex Hyderabad for jersey at 4 pm but found that show was cancelled after reaching there.
