I'm complaining about deception with audience.

Today on 19/03/2022 I booked 4 tickets for the 03:00 p.m. show of the " The Kashmir Files" at Shri Ram cinema, Shivpuri, M. P.
It had been the worst movie experience, I have ever had.

* As we reached at our allotted seats we found empty cold drinks tetra pack, popcorns pack, etc. at our seats.The conditions of seats were worst. There was no back support of my chair "B7".No cleaning was done before the new show. br...

Cancellation of Batman movie ticket in PVR

I had booked 2 tickets for Batman 6:00 pm show at PVR for Friday ( 18th March 2022). At the time of booking tickets cancellation policy was available.
But today when I am trying to cancel my tickets they are showing me error.
The support center is also not giving me any reply....

Cancellation not refunded in 2 weeks

Hi,

I have booked 3 tickets for a comedy show in Bangalore and the transaction was cancelled immediately due to technical issue.

The book my show app was showing refund will be credited in next 2-5 days. However even after 2 weeks I have not reverse amount.

Tried to contact the customer support several times but there was no response....

Movie Tickets refund

I had paid for 3 tickets on 6th of March for the movie 'The Batman'. ( scheduled for 7th March 2.25pm). The money was deducted from my bank through Google pay, but the transaction failed to process from bookmyshow's end due to server issues. It's already been 10 days and I still haven't got my refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Money got debited, but tickets didn't get booked

I tried to book tickets. For the first time transaction got cancelled. money didn't get debited.

But for the second time, money got debited and transaction got cancelled. And tickets didn't get booked....

Ticket got confirmed but not allowed in theatre by saying bad transaction ticket

Please find booking confirmation details but in theatre they didn't allowed by saying bad transaction ticket. At least refund our tickets amount. We had a bad experience becouse of bookmyshow.

I had booked tickets on 23th Feb. Payment was failed. Tickets were not booked. I called your customer care number i had informed this, they told within 24-48 hours, your amount will be refund. I was waiting later on 26th feb again i call them to inform still i didnt receive any payment from you. They told me to wait within 4-5days amount will be refund. Missing items / no proper response

Hi my name is Javed Shaikh and I have made online booking for movie tickets for my anniversary, in human error i selected the incorrect location which almost 60 kilometres from my location, and i paid it online for the amount 305 rupees. I immediately contacted customer care executive of book my show to cancel or modify the address, but i was told that its not the policy of theatre.

As a customer of booky show it is the responsibility...

Ticket booking closed or error

When I try to book tickets for new movie... always shows closed...as they opened in few minutes...if they distribute properly... everybody get tickets...thye think we are fools... 😡...

My concern was acknowledged 7 months back and I was able to get my claim approved within 2-3 days of lodging complaint, wherein bookmyshow duly mentioned "please share your NEFT details so that we can process the refund" which have been given the same day only..

After a long period of 7 months, no refund has been received.
