On 15th April I tried booking KGF 2 tickets and paid ₹1240.48 through UPI but the booking was shown cancelled even though the money was charged. The website stated that I'll get my refund within 5-7 working days but still I haven't recieved my refund amount yet. I've tried to connect with the customer support of bookmyshow but still the amount haven't been refunded. They said that they haven't recieved the amount and to check with the bank....

Booked a ticket on 9th April for Morning show i.e., 10:30 AM. And cinema didn't play the movie due to technical issues. But this wasn't intimated in prior, instead got to know after reaching destination. Raised this issue to Bookmyshow support team but they aren't concerned. It's been more than 2 weeks, still no info about refund even after raising this issue several times. Bookmyshow replying the same text saying " Thank you for your overwhelming...

I booked an RRR Movie ticket, upon reaching TITU CINEMA Balrampur District, Cinema Hall Operator Did not run the show of the RRR movie at 12:05 pm today (11/04/2022). HE told me that the sufficient number of people have not booked the show for this slot. Operator has cancelled the show. You will get the amount of refund.
In this case Please refund me as soon as possible....

I did the payment through the scan mode on the website. I didnt login to the website though. My money got deducted and i didnt recieve the ticket. please look into this and refund my money.

I’ve booked for RRR movie at Karpagam Cinemas, Coimbatore, through BookMyShow for April 11 show. The cinema cancelled the show and the show was not played. But I didn’t get any information through message/mail. Even though if I go to purchase history on BookMyShow app now, it shows as if I’ve watched the movie. My booking ID is : WL89PJM. I’ve paid 766rs and I want my money back....

I book the tickets of KGF2 movie through bookmyshow in dt 16/04/2022 but I want to cancel the tickets. When I cancelled the tickets not able to cancel and also payment is not refundable.customer care also not help to resolve.
Refund my amount otherwise I will complaint to cusumer forum....

I Rented movie Spider Man No way home via my Smart TV, it was successful till the Payment made from the TV itself. But once I start to Press Play and wait for watching the movie isnât playing at all in TV . It throws up an error âsaying something went wrongâ. If this moview isnât playing at all then why this has payment option in TV. This such a clever cheating CUSTOMERs. On top of it there is no refund...

I have booked 6 tickets for 14/04/2022...But bookmyshow now shows that i have booked for 13/04/2022..now the showtime also over.. My money is simply gone.. Bookmyshow not even provide any updates in whatsapp or mail... So that i can recheck the date bookmyshow provided... I just checked now only.. So that i found the mistake done by bookmyshow.. Now my money is gone.. Please do something.....

I have booked a ticket for movie on Bookmyshow in CCPL, Malkajgiri Hyderabad. The ticket prices charged by theatres are somewhere between Rs 150-250 whereas the Bookmyshow is charging heavily Rs 350-354 from customers and also additionally adding convience charges around Rs 70-80. They are looting the customers with these prices...

I have booked for an event called Sunburn on Nov 18 2021, and you have collected 80000/- Only through BMS, I paid the amount.
Later the Organised have the cancelled event, so you guys committed that the refund is processed and updated as it will be credited in 2 days. But after 6month even till now, there is no update. You guys are just postponing it.
Because of your brand we paid the money we don't know who the organiser is....

I proceeded to pay for the same with gpay but it was unsuccessful and got a message from book my show that payment was failed. So then i paid with my debit card and booking was successful. Immediately after this, my first payment went successful too and my amount got deducted again. This is how my money got debited...

In theni fathuma theatre air conditioning is there, but there are not switching on the Ac. But they are collecting the ticket charges as 150Rs. And more over the infrastructure is not hygenic...

Hi, I booked 10 movie tickets for my friends, in the last min 3 people were unable to make it hence decided to cancel the tickets to rebook for remaining people. The customer care simply said that it's not possible. Even though the movie hasn't released yet. We are booking tickets with your organization and you are the responsible for your customers, received a ### response from the support. Simply they are blaming the theaters....

I tried booking the show for Sunday 10th April 22 and then what happened was ticket got booked however the ticket booked and how they are saying no to refund this is pathetic company the history of customer does say that it's has never happened in past why would and educated customer choose wrong date? I asked for logs but they are providing logs for the same....
