Hi, I have took BYJU'S subscription for my daughter (Shree Vidya) for 1st to 5th class. Which cost me 88000rs/- (down payment of 18, 000rsl-, Byju's advantage EMI option of 70, 000)and after using the course more than 2 months. I understood that course is not useful for my daughter as she is having trouble understanding the English. So I have mailed the BYJU'S team on 18th Sep 2022 mentioning above reason for cancellation....

I have paid the Tution fees for Byju's Gradeup program for AE/JE EXAMS. I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES, but the Sr Adviser Karan everytime saying that i have send the query to the backend and the course will activate within 2 hrs, but the is yet not activated, I have purchased the course on 28 September 2022, and paid all the fees to Byju's, but they are fooling me. I was subscribed to byjus app for my ward and the next day i cancel the subscription and i didn’t even received the SD card . But I was daily calling the mendor customer care number everyday to cancel the Subscription but nothing happened and today i got an email from avanze finance that saying 95000 rupees has been disbursed to Byjus app. But my cancellation request already raised to Byjus App and Then why this amount of 95000 is disbursed....

We registered to Byjus for my ward which in 8th class & make fees Rs, 43000/- on condition of it is cancel within 15 days from registration but after request not any process for cancellation of my product.
My ward do not want to learn with Byjus.

We subscribed to the Byjus course (LKG-2std) on 16/09/2021 after some days my daughter didn't use it and not showed interest in this course so we planned to cancel the subscription.

We requested to cancel it and got canceled after so many days, but still, we didn't receive the refund amount, and also the EMI's not stopped, loan department people are daily calling and sending messages asking to pay the EMI's, it's becoming daily...

I purchased product from byjus for my son on 3rd of Sep with the order number - SSO[protected] and waited for 10 days for the tab to be delivered.

The Tab didn't get delivered to me and the courier partner never had any customer care number or a tracking site or a contact number to track the id. Heard it was returned twice back without delivering the product. With the issue of deliveries and followup, I raised for cancelling...

Poor service

six months has been passed still Byju's not refunding the money

Rs 10, 000 is still pending. Out of the total money of Rs 42424/- only Rs 32424/- is received.
Rs 10, 000 is still pending.
As per the discussion with your team the remaining amount of rs10000 will be refunded after the receipt of TAB.
refund the remaining amount of Rs 10000 out of total amount Rs 42424/-....

I got a BYJU's Learning course subscription for my daughter.IT was mentioned that she got a scholarship at a discounted price.The Amount was somewhere above 1 Lakh.
I did not want to put 1 lakh plus INR because I was not sure of it. Byju's team me a EMI option for an year. (Dated Mid August)
Since there was a free trial period of 15 days, i thought of trying.I was not satisfied and I cancelled it before the completion of trial...
