I joined byju's ias one year course and I do not receive proper education from them but they are asking for payment and threatening to pay the amount. I am also having health issues I'm unable to pay the amount when I'm enquiring about the cancellation of the loan they are denying to stop the course while joining they didn't inform about the cancellation of the course. Kindly help regarding this please do the needful for me.....

I have ordered a course of 91000Rs on 26th July. And I have already to requested to cancel order on 7th August as per conversation with Vertika in byjus Clint . She said to I have approved your cancellation order. Then I talk to with her senior manager Simran she said I cancel your order sir .But still it has not been cancelled....

I have emailed Byjus several times to request the cancellation of my enrollment because my child was unable to comprehend the material and also did not show any interest in going to the class there is a decrement in my child's marks instead of an increment. I have contacted Byjus regarding this numerous times by phone and mail, but they never get back to me to cancel the enrollment.

We have enrolled Byjus course for 4th 5th 6th standard package . Initial days as they said "mentor will help the kids. And the guide"
Now in 5th Std they are not evening checking the kids what kid is studying.
Currently my finical status is low - So I am asking them refund or Stop my emi payment as we are not interested to proceed further and similarly they are not interested to know what kid is studying but...

Many time I have mailed Byjus for cancellation of my enrollment because my child was unable to understand the things and also she was not take interest to attend the class. Many time I have called and mailed to Byjus regarding this but they are not responding to cancel the enrollment.

I had purchased 4 year Byju's program 2 months back being told that it'll work in Canada also. The sales agent was Mr. Akhand Singh.

But even after 2months the classes link is not working and I was told a month ago that they would refund my money.

Its been a month and I have still not received my money. I am mailing their support team every 3rd day but I just get the automated reply. No one is contacting me personally.br...
