My consignment number is [protected]. When I tracked, it showed that it was out for delivery at 10:44 am on 10.11.2020. When I called Mr. S.N.ESWARAN - [protected], he was rude in his talk and told me that it can be delivered only in the late afternoon. The delivery address is within the city limits. Request you to take action regarding the same....

This was sent to my mother from Kanchipuram office to Mettupalayam office on Nov 2 and today is Nov 8th. Till the courier is not yet delivered but the tracking shows out for delivery from Nov 3rd. From the tracking it says it has reached Mettupalayam on Nov 3rd. When I called customer care at Mtp, he is asking “what’s there in courier and why don’t you buy it here, why are making it an issue?” See how reluctant he is . I doubt that...

I'm very disappointed. The courier which I sent had a frame in it. I again and again insisted that person to mention it as fragile item handle with care, she said "we will use a sticker". The parcel was delivered and everything inside it was broken. There is no sticker on the parcel....

Worst courier service i have ever seen, this franchexpress courier is the damn worst service i have ever seen.
