Complaint regarding item delivery

Hello,
Introducing myself rejin c r, from thrissur kerala. This letter is regarding a courier i send to kollam, kerala.

Consignment number (Awb#) [protected]. And it is a live fish.

I send this on 24th august 2020. Today this is 26th august. The item not yet received to the concerned person.

While calling to the kollam st courier office, they are responding very badly. They are being rude...

Parcel undelivered

Placed an order on 18th july 2020 eith the service. Paid 120rs for express air delivery. Parcel is still stuck in their chennai hub from 20th july. They never reply to emails and nobody cares about customer complaints. Pathetic service. Made a hige mistake choosing their service for my shipment. Please do not choose them....

Parcel was damaged and opened

I ordered saree at Sara_Ethinics Instagram page.we got the delivery status on[protected].but i contact the courier hub he doesn't responded clear .The person didn't get my call and today[protected]at 9.00 pm only i got my parcel. the parcel was opened and tared and address label also missing..
