Regarding product delivery

Address: Chennai.

We had a parcel from Kumbakonam(Thanjavur district) Tamil Nadu on 23 november 2021, which was sent via Franch Courier. We haven't received our parcel but the money was charged. Also the person is not responding now. Now we want our money back....

Material stolen during consignment

I have sent 2 kgs of chocolate (4 boxes x 500g each through consignment no. [protected]. But the recipient received only 3 boxes. One box weigh 500g was stolen during transit. Consignment cross weight during despatch was 2200 gms.
Kindly resolve the issue....

I Booked a courier on date 01.12.2021 Tracking number is [protected], From CC INDIA PVT LIMITED, Coimbatore TO CC INDIA PVT LTD, BANGALORE,
It was enclosed with bills and Travel bills of our staffs,

Not delivering courier for past 6 days

I have couriered on 02/12/2021 on tambaram branch franch express. Deliver address belongs to mylaudy (po) kanyakumari (dt). Shipment not received

Hi,

My name is Rajesh V, my shipment move from Guindy hub to Vysarpadi hub on 18-Nov-2021 but i didn't received my cover till now, my courier AW no is [protected]. i have already informed to your customer care two times but there is no use for me, my complaint ID is [protected].

Product not handed over to myself.missing product

Parcel from pothys reached Coimbatore and parcel was not handed to me. As per the delivery person words he delivered the product to person who is not related to me and my family.He didn't intimate me prior about handing over the product to someone else and not me. Now the valuable parcel is missing

They don't know deliver at all.They don't even bother to follow it up.I received a call from[protected] where the lady staff is so rude. The lady staff lied to me that they never door deliver medicines and threatened me to return the parcel.Very non-professional. Very very disappointing....

Items in package missing

I sent a package to Chennai on 12th Oct. (Consignment number : [protected])
It had to be delivered on 13th but the contact person Janakiraman said there are no enough staff to deliver and hence the package will be delivered on 15th Oct.
But the recipient of the package received a call on Thursday (14th) morning 6.45 am to collect it from Padi Lucas where she found the parcel tampered. This issue was raised on that day itself....

Parcel returned to the origin without our knowledge

Parcel has been booked on 22nd september but the parcel returned to its origin without our knowledge by saying 'no such person'.. So I had called courier office n requested them to deliver my parcel bt I din receive the parcel yet n also cudnt contact the courier ofc now.. It s saying server not reachable.. What to do..
