I have a bike loan with hdfc bank
N my kotak bank is connected with it for emi this month i have been charged first 500 onnfeb 18 for december ecs return then again 2march 300&200 again 500 all for 1 time late emi that for der mistake when ull have written 350 is a charges ur callcenter is saying 590 n ur charged me so much for what
Plus ur service is fab we are on call with customer service they hang up the...

Please refer all my earlier mails & verbal discussions with your executives on this subject.

I have taken a new sim recently from airtel.

I received this irrelevant message at midnight and it disturbed my sleep:

Rs.4905.00 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 2926 on[protected]:22:40:17 at paytm....

I have raised a request for fastag with hdfc bank in jan/18 and got my customer and wallet id next day. I have transferred rs 1000/- to my wallet on the same day. However i am yet to receive my fastag. There is no email id or portal to track/escalate the case. Call center response is very poor and always get the response that they are waiting for the back office to update the case. Hope the issue will be resolved asap or else revert my rs....

Really having issue with imps in hdfc from past few days, while i do the transactions to andhra bank i am facing this kind of issues and also i was able to do this kind from other bank successfully without any issue.

But i am having my money missing.

Amount debited and not reversed or credited in beneficiary account. Please can you help getting my money back.

I had applied loan from for take over purpose which I already told to agent It was take over from KOTAK of Rs500000 But that amount has been credit in my account and with deduction of rs 20000. Now I request yrself either take over the amount from Kotak or take refund of the amount from me

Though i have paid the due payment of the month january 2018 on 25/01/2018, the late payment charges are applied in the statement of the month february 2018. I have sent my bank account statement which shows the transaction details. My complain hasn't been solved for a long time. I am really surprised to see the negligency of this reputed bank in solving my complaint....

I have submitted my fastag application (Vide ref no. Hfr035179) on 23.02.2018 ; i have not received the fastag till date. It has been more than 7 working days; the customer care number is always busy. I managed to reach them once and they gave a wrong courier tracking detail.
After that i have been trying to reach the customer care. But it is always busy.
Kindly solve my issue....

On 23-jan-18, hdfc credit card levied charges for an unauthorized transaction with the title 'one assist mfee' on 1399 inr. When i searched regarding the said charges then i realized that both hdfc and oneassist have been carrying out such activity on innocent users for more than a year.
Hdfc bank's helpline is not helpful as the phone never gets picked up. Similarly, the complaint redressal system never sends back any response.br...

I tried to withdraw 1700rs using hdfc debit card from kotak mahindra atm on 06/02/18. But only 1200rs cash was dispensed. I received a message that 1700rs is debited.
"rs.1700.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending xxxx on[protected]:17:55:33 at +corp no93 btm lyout 1. Avl bal: rs.38697.13"
I registered an online complaint same day. I didnot opt for transaction receipt, hence i do not have the atm transaction id....
