I booked a hotel in digha hotel aditya international and due to some medical emergency I have to cancel my booking but it is written on the site that I will get 100% cash back but the refuse to give me so after a lot of argument then finally tell me that they will give the money after 6 to 7 day but as you now there is a medical emergency that's why I need those money badly so pls help me out 1061673

    I and my wife(TAPAN KUMAR BOSE & BANDANA BOSE) booked Ticket of INDIGO AIRLINES for journey dated[protected] from CHENNAI to KOLKATA, but due to severe flood AAI closed the CHENNAI AIRPORT up to[protected]. I repeatedly requested to GOIBIBO support & care Team for refund of my full fare of ticket as the Flight cancelled. In spite of my repeated request the goibibo.com not yet refund my fare till date. they have issued a no. of mails to me stating that my refund is under process though after 10 days I am placing this complaint, because the AAI declared the matter on[protected] and I placed my prayer for refund on[protected]. My Booking I/D- NER51E6V., FLIGHT NO-6E272 kINDLY SEE THE MATTER SO THAT I MAY GET MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY.

        This is in reference to 5 bookings (hotel and flight), wherein due to unforseen conditions, we had to cancel the bookings. However, while cancelling ‎the same, I have inadvertently selected 'Refund Go cash', with the understanding that, it was meant for the promotional Go cash I used for booking. I requested ibibo to help on this matter and have the refund back to payment account (credit card). But the same is being refused.           Refund due to cancellation of flight

          PNR SBDLQQ FLIGHT from Bangalore to Jabalpur has been cancelled by Spicejet. Refund voucher shows Rs 2250/ deducted as cancellation charges.This is not justified because flight is cancelled by Airlines....

          My booking Id is HTLUTJGBR3 and I am waiting for my refund since 25th. You call center executives and manager are useless. They always give me false promises. I spoke to ranju and one more manager and even I complaint on go care but Gaurav sharma asked me to elaborate the matter and I replied to him 3 days back and even he did not get back to me. I would say one of the most irresponsible people working for you. Once I call they put me on hold 15 ..20 min and in the end gives me false promises. Please resolve my issues as soonest or I take further legal action.

            After looking at the pictures and ratings on the goibibo site, I booked Hotel Tirangana Regency for my official stay from 9DEC to 15DEC. Moreover I paid the full amount in advance. Now when I checked in to the hotel. It is pathetic :-

            Worst locality
            Untidy rooms
            Rooms conditions aren't good at all

            When I checked with hotel staff for cancellation, they said you can go we only charge you for a day. However when I called goibibo they are telling a different story now. That per policy we will one additional day charge plus cancellation charge and some 300 more.

            I think I have made a mistake to book looking at the ratings and feedback on the site.

            I need my refund and I can't live in this place. It's getting on my never and feels like . I am from a different state coming for the first time and this is a terrible experience for me.

              I have booked a ticket for 15th nov 2015 from "Khalghat to Pune". Ticket number is THC[protected] and PNR[protected]. My reporting time was 9.15pm and I was on the time but I didnt get the bus. I talked to the agent "Shrisainath Travels(given by redbus n chawla travels)" on [protected] & [protected] around 5-6 times but he said my bus is in "Dudhi" and will be here in half hours. After waiting for two and a half hours he said I dont know your bus will come or not. He was very rude and also not able to help me. He also refused to provide driver's or bus service provider's contact number. I tried to get the number from Chawala travels website but there was no contact number in the website. Then I had taken another bus at 11.30pm. On 16th of nov. 2015 I talked to redbus.in customer care executive "Shabana". She said "you will get a call from our refund department with in 24 hours" but there was no response from there side. On 18th of nov. 2015, I again called to their customer care and talked to "Amruta" and told her everything about last conversation. She said "I have talked to my senior Gayatri Mam and my request is in proses". She also gave me Complaint no.[protected]. Again there were no replies from their side. At last I again called to their customer care. After 2 days they replied that "we cannot refund your money because I was late". I request them to confirm it with the agant "Shreesainath travels" that I was with him from 9.00P.M. to 11.#) P.M. I don't know that they have crossed-checked or not but again they said we will not refund your money. Please help me and guide me how I can get my money back. Thank you. Please refund my money in my HDFC account ASAP.

                Dear Sir, I was charged for rescheduling my Emirates flight which is actually free of cost. i have proof of payment receipted to Goibibo. Booking PNR Number :KV2NNS, LS37SW Due to flood in chennai Airports operations were stopped, i wasn't able fly as my depatured date was Dec 7-2015. When i try to connect Goibibo over phone no responce stating extremely high call flow on account of flood in chennai please contact us after 48 hours. so i made a call directly to Emirates customer care and enquiry about the issue, they told me not to worry as they wont charge any extra money from the passenges for those who are all rescheduling within 7 days, post to 7 days we will charge. They also mention that i can fly from two different sector if required Banglore and Hyedrabad without paying any extra chagres. I immedately request for rescheduling from Goibibo website, as per request i received a call from Goibibo team later 5 hours. I ask them to change me the sector as i have to fly earlier because my visa going to expired soon. They told me i need to give addional fare (fare difference only) as they were not charging Emirates cancellation charges only they fare difference you has to pay as well as Goibibo charge 500 Rs. As i was in hurry due to expiration of my visa, i ask them to check for fare difference from Banglore they told me additional of 50000 Rs fare difference is there, i was not in the situation to pay that much amount. I request check from chennai itself they only Dec 11 flight available which is about least fare of 3500 additonal you have to pay. i dont have any other go so i immediately request them to reschedule. i paid 3500 Addionally on 6-Dec-2015 later on i received the confirmed ticket from Goibibo. As soon i receive, i have applied for Okay to board at Emirates website on 7-Dec-2015 (01:00 AM). i also received acknowledge copy from emirates over mail. As i didn't recieve the update information about okay to board from emirates, i made a call to emirates customer care on Dec 8 (12:50 AM)and enquire regards to the okay to board they told me it will updated by end of the day today. I also ask general question regarding additional fare, they clearly told me that they don't charge any extra for rescheduling even the fare difference, you have to check with your travel agent as we have we have circulated to all travel agents regards to as we do not charge extra for anything from the passenger whose flight was cancelled due to flood in chennai for those who scheduling within next 7 days. Now my question is why and how goibibo charged me extra payment of Rs 3500 Rs and for my co-passenger (my cousin) 3673 Rs, for rescheduling within the time limit which is framed by emirates (Dec 7 reschedule to Dec 11, only 4 days difference). How do i get back my payment, whom to contact for refund of my payment and where do i lodge a complaint against travel agent Goibibo. -- Regards Asif Akram R

                  I have booked a flight ticket on 14th August 2015 from Pune to Indore for Jet Airways. My journey date was 19th September. The flight got cancelled and I was advised from Jet Airways that I will need to contact Goibibo for the refund process as the Ticket was booked through the website. I contacted Goibibo.com and sent them several emails regarding the issue. They have informed that they have processed my refund and advised me to contact my bank however my bank (HDFC) advised that they need a credit note on a official company letterhead of Goibibo. I contacted them again for the credit note however they are not providing me the credit note for the refund processed nor they are sending me any confirmation on their company's letterhead. Its been more than 3 months I am following up with them however there is no appropriate response from them. It is a harassment for the customers who book tickets from their website and if their flight gets cancelled they need to wait for the refund for months,

                    I booked Hotel - Sovereign Residency Noida from www.Goibibo.com on 4th October 2015, for dates 5th and 6th dec 2015. Booking was done for MY engagment to accomodate 30 people coming from Mumbai. I recevied the booking confirmation from Goibibo on the day of booking. One week prior to the stay i called up the hotel to remind them about my stay next week. Hotel owner said that they are not entertaining any booking from Goibibo as they have NOT received payment from Goibibo for the corresponding booking. I have been following up with Goibibo since then. They promised me resolution by Monday i.e 30th November and then kept on promising it every other day till today. On 3rd dec we got a confirmation email amd message from goibibo on the same hotel. But on 4th October they again said it is pending. Till today i.e 5th dec which is the check in date, they have not confirmed the booking neither they have refunded my money. My guests i.e 30 people are standing at Nizzamuddin Railway station right now. Waiting for confirmation of hotel. Goibibo has harrassed me and my 30 guests and have spoiled my enagagment. They had enough time in had to resolve the issue but they didnot do anything. I donot have any hotel to make my guests stay and neither i have my Money which is Rs 43000. Please take appropriate action against Goibibo IMMEDIATELY. I want my refund of 43000 and the damage money Rs12000 which i paid the hotel for Lunch.                       I had done reservation for 2 days of stay in Krishna Inn at Kolhapur. The reservation was for 2 days Nov 21 and 22. As per cancellation policy, if Hotel booking is cancel from[protected]:00:00 IST to[protected]:59:00 IST, Cancellation charges will be 50% Cost. I called them to cancel the reservation on 18th Nov at 10:05 AM. After following up for 2 weeks I got email from goibibo on 28th Nov that the request has been denied.

                        I am Karan Kathuria from delhi.i had booked ticket from delhi to frankfurt on 12march 2014.by GOIBIBO. My flight was on 2 april 2014. but my visa was rejected on 26 march 2014 around i called ibibo to cancel the ticket on 26th march 2014 .Ticket was cancelled but they did not give me refund.goibibo said the airlines(Etihad) is not refunding the money. but why if i cancel the ticket before 5 to 6 days of my journey.and go ibibo also remove there customer care number.etihad airways said that talk to your agent. i lost my 38000 rs there .please help contact -[protected]

                          I have got a mail from GOIBIBO ON 30th Oct 2015 stating that "We have processed a refund of Rs. 4368.0 for your GOI - DEL booking (BookingID - NSGCF34KB) via your original mode of payment. The Bank Reference Number for the transaction is None. So far even after 30 days I have not got the refund. They are not giving me the UTR No. which I need to check with the bank for the refund. they put the call on hold for 15-20 each time you call them. This is a case of customer harassment.

                            I booked Indigo airline ticket through Goibibo by using mobile App HDFC's Perks on 22-Nov-2015. The required amount of Rs. 4300 (ticket amount was Rs. 4650 and discount offered by the App was Rs. 350) was paid through the Net Banking. The amount was debited to account instantaneously. However, I got the communication that the ticket can not be confirmed and revised fare is Rs. 8300 for confirmed ticket. I raised the concern to Goibibo. According to them, the ticket was not booked as the fare got increased. Now, they have stopped communicating on this matter which is so unprofessional. My contention is that when I have fully paid the amount which was asked for booking the ticket at the time of final check out, the amount of ticket should be blocked or freezed. How can it be increased after making the full payment, and that too to almost double the previous fare? This price rigging connivance of airline and Goibibo has caused financial damages as well as mental hardhips in the sense that my time, energy and money all are being wasted. I request your interference for justice at the earliest.

                              I am not able to get back my refunded amount of Bus cancellation on 25/10/2015 whose Goibibo Booking ID: GOBUS3c16c[protected]I (i. e. from Hyderabad to Bangalore ), but still I am unable to get back my refunded amount. 1 month and 7 days have already passed, so I have raised a complaint they have replied that "We will get in touch with you within 24 hours" but no call came from their end, even I have escalated this issue to higher authority then also its not showing any interest in resolving my problem...

                                My hotel Booking Id is HTLSYBKZXZ & HTL2W68668 and Goibibo service request id 990602 . This was for my stay at Grand Palace hotel and Spa. I had visited the hotel on the 9th of november, made a check in at noon and came out for lunch for about half an hour. To my dismay, within the period of half an hour, about 3-4 trees fell down outside the hotel premises along with a few electricity poles and the route to the hotel got completely blocked. We were stranded outside, in the rain. We called up the hotelier and asked them as to what is to be done. They told me, they cant do anything and asked me to wait for half an hour. It was about 4 p.m. I waited, called them back at 4.30, they told they cant do anything. I requested them to send a person with umbrellas so that we could walk and come to their premises but they refused saying they couldnt risk their staff s life. I asked them as to how could they risk our life, as we were also waiting outside. I asked them for umbrellas, they told they have no person, nor they have any umbrellas. They asked me to wait for half an hour more so that they could clear the route. The same continued and i was made to wait till 10 p.m in the night. Nothing had been done. It was 6 hours since i was waiting with my entire family. They gave me different phone numbers of people which i kept calling, but no one lifted my calls. I was totally stranded, devastated. I asked them for alternate arrangements, they told nothing can be done. They totally washed their hands off the problem and were not bothered to solve my problem. Finally, i had to make alternate arrangements for stay . Everyone in my family fell terribly sick waiting in the rain for 6 hours post this incident. The next day, i went to the hotel at 10 a.m in the morning to pick my luggages but the route to the hotel was still not cleared. I went back at 12 p.m, the route was still not cleared. Finally at 2 p.m, the route got cleared and i got my luggages. I am tired calling up the hotelier and asking for refund. They are washing their hands off and are very greedy for money. Such a terrible experience, i have never had in my life. I had made the hotel booking trusting Goibibo . I am really frustrated and tired. Kindly solve my problem and provide me with full refund for my stay.

                                  Prepaid booking for Rs 3551 was done on 16 th Nov for Tansen residency Hotel Gwalior for stay 5 th to 6 th Dec Booking Id HTLAB5XGY5. The booking bounced as no room. I have given concent for a down graded hotel under assurance of refund of actual differece. The booking was done at hotel grace booking id [protected] After lot of persuasion I was communicated for refund of Rs 1846 on 26 Nov. But again on 27 Nov, the amount was informed as Rs 1661. The refund matter was given id of952697 initially & later 934274. I am yet to get any refund in actual, but the refund calculation is being reduced time to time. Compatiable refund to be done.                                     Hi, There have been two unauthorised transactions from my SBI account (account no: [protected]) towards ibibo web pvt ltd in the past six months. One on 18th june 2015 of Rs. 837.55 and the other on 4th Oct 2015 of Rs. 541.84.20. The reference no are.[protected]CH30593445 and[protected]CH24994290 I have not done or authorised any transactions with ibibo on these days or during the past six months. I have attached the screenshots of the transaction details. Request you to look into this matter and resolve it soon.

                                      I have mailed them all my documents regarding the deduction of amounts and the money was deducted twice from my account but transaction was successful only once. I contacted goibibo for this and they are stating that it is Indian Bank's fault and Indian Bank is stating it's goibibo's fault. Failed Transaction Id GOFLDANDfff[protected] Booking Date:[protected]
