Goibibo Not refunding flight fare after some technical error from their side

My Complaint is against www.goibibo.com. My booking ID is HTLWAS77DW with goibibo. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs.3005 for a booking made from 17th to 19th Sep which was then modified to 18th to 19th Sep. Hence the remaining amount was to be refunded.
