I had booked tickets on 11/12/2015 for date 24/12/2015 from pune to sawantwadi, and i paid 2850 online, But i got a message on 24/12/2015 saying that the tickets has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded, i called them and told to arrange other bus but they denied, again i called after 5 days and was told that the money will be refunded in 5 working days, again i called after few days and was told that i takes 7 working days, i called on the 7th working day and was told that it takes upto 12 working days, now i am very irate and wants to sue goibibo.com as i had beared a heavy loss, i had my holidays spolied, and i had to pay 3 times extra to book tickets suddenly due to festival season, and i have to wait for such a long time, i want my refund and i want compensation from goibibo.com
