Bus booking refund not even initiated after 14 days

Not getting refund on hotel booking.

Yesterday i booked hotel Blue Pearl Residency Mumbai through Goibibo and my booking ID is HTL4J6VNAQ. False rating and pictures of the hotel

Refund of reservation cancellation
