Complaint against goibibo ticket booking company

I booked tickets worth Rs.12208 on[protected] but GOIBIBO's network got some problem & my money was deducted and tickets were not booked. it has been more than 3 months & since then i have been sending mails to [protected]@goibibo.com and [protected]@goibibo.com but have not received any response. Dont know what needs to be done next please help on this.

I had booked my flight for NOVEMBER 12, 2015 but due to some technical error it has been booked for DECEMBER 12, 2015.At the time of booking it was November 12 but after it was confirmed it showed Dec 12 instead of Nov 12.
It is quiet a disappointment as i have been using goibibo for quiet sometime also my family have been booking tickets from the same,
This kind of a technical error is just not acceptable and i request you...

Unknowingly deduction of money

Worst site & services amount deducted from account but ticket not booked

The amount should be returned within 7 working days as written on site it's more than 12 days completed not a single message from them is received. Charged more money than was reflecting on the site while payment

Goibibo has a system of Gocash, in which you can pay certain amount by Gocash and the rest by cash. While making the payment of a ticket worth rupees 7300, till the payment gateway it was showing that 6000 something rupees would be deducted, till the time I filled my debit card details and clicked the pay option. But they end they end up charging the complete amount of the ticket of rs 7315. you can;t be saying that you are charging...

23 hours layover time and more loss
