Goibibo has overcharged me for two bookings Their app had a bug in their system due to which a discount listed in the first hotel listings page was not accounted for when you go to book a hotel. Eg. On the Goibobo app the hotels are listed with cetrain discounts eg The Corporate, Kolkata was 4000 minus 160 which was 3840. However due to a bug in their system the next page lists the price as 4000 without the discount. The customer care is the worst as they do not have any representative only voice mail which asks for booking no. If I did not got any booking no How can I provide one?
