Refund of flight ticket cancelled

I had booked two PNRs for Indigo flight on Oct 2nd and return on Oct 10th 2015 through goibibo website. Later I cancelled 1 person in each PNR. I have received amount for only one but not for other one. It is almost 20 days now after cancellation....

Overcharged for 2 Bookings

Goibibo has overcharged me for two bookings Their app had a bug in their system due to which a discount listed in the first hotel listings page was not accounted for when you go to book a hotel. Eg. Overcharged due to bug in system

On the Goibobo app the hotels are listed with cetrain discounts eg The Corporate, Kolkata was 4000 minus 160 which was 3840. However due to a bug in their system the next page lists the price as 4000 without the discount. Not able to reach to any customer care executives nor did get any response on emails

I tried to book a hotel in Ujjain on date 30/07/2015 on goibibo App, The money got deducted but received no confirmation (number/id).
