Denying boarding to the passengers having valid ticket and reported at proper check - in time, unethical behaviour

Didn't get a reminder call

About Lost Luggage

Broken luggage

This fraud airlines company broke 4 different parts of my bag and call it simple wear and tear. They don't have common sense that breaking a bag from 4 different places doesn't come under simple wear and tear. Now need Rs. 3000 of the baf as cash and not flight ticket discount coupon. Missing Item From the Check-In Baggage

LED TV Screen/Panel Broken
