Inconvenience caused and financial loss in modifying the flight booking

With PNR no. G2K95L I have modified the date of Travel from 25th Oct 2015 to 23rd Oct 2015. When I went to Airport at Pune the Indigo Counter informed that there is no ticket in your name. Rude behavior of your staff

Hi, I was booked two ticket for Lucknow from flight 6E 522 in morning and scheduled departure time was 10.05 AM.It's an emergency journy due to death of close family member. Not refund the charges

Extra amount deducted on cancellation.

Provision some food item (snacks) during night //provision of water.

Denied boarding flight stating late by 7 minutes for checkin time.

Booked flight from Hyderabad to Chennai 930 PM flight. I had reached the airport by 8:50. The check in counter staff had denied my boarding into flight saying i was late by 7 min and stated extar paperwork as reason they cannot board me into the flight . Connecting flight discrepancy

I had a connecting flight from Bangalore to guwhati via Mumbai...which is usual for most of the flights travelling to guwhati. As this is just another 2 stop journey for me..I requested the lady in the security check in to transfer my luggage directly to guwhati which I usually do...and asked for both the boarding passes as both were indigo flights... but to my utter surprise the lady responded with a straight refusal to which I was taken...

Harrasment and rudeness of ground staff
