amount deducted through upi, but ticket not booked

Ixigo prompted to upi app for approval, i switched to upi app and approved the transaction, then i opened the ixigo app, but it appeared as if i am entered this app newly. No train tickets are booked, no confirmation of payment, nothing has been done. Amount deducted is rs.313.68/- on 11.11.19. Please either book my tickets or refund the money asap...

train refunds not get yet

I cancelled my trains on 5july 2019 having pnr no. [protected] ndls to cnb with order id ixitr[protected] and on 4july 2019 having pnr no. [protected] anvt to cnb with order id ixitr[protected] as i had already talked to irctc customer care in response they had already initiated my refund but it's still not reflecting in my account, return my refund as soon as possible or i have to take legal actions...

upi money deducted

I was booking a train ticket through ixigo app and it sent me a upi request towards the booking amount for the train ticket, my booking was ongoing and i approved the upi request and immediately everything on ixigo app regarding the booking disappeared and i was left with nothing. Ixigo says it is only a search engine, then why would a search engine accept money towards its own account "[protected]@axisbank". I want my refund asap....

transaction failure, money, deducted need refund

I had tried to book train tickets on ixigo app, transaction got failed but money was deducted from my account on 20/10/19. I have also mailed ixigo twice but till date no response aslo submitted the feedback form but still no reply, as highly disappointed with the service please provide the refund asap.

Hi,
On 3rd November 2019, i was booking a ticket from bangalore to secunderabad when i opted for UPI payment and paid an amount of Rs 5101.87/- . Transaction was successfull and money got debited but when i returned to ixigo app. App crashed and it refreshed where i lost the booking window and it failed. I was trying to book 2 tickets from chandigarh to subzi mandi on 2.11.2019 on train number 12058 una delhi shtbdi, i tried the transaction twice and on both the occasions money was debited from account but ticket was not booked and even money hasn’t been received in the account as refund. booking failed but amount deducted and it's been more than 45 days and did not received any refund amount

I had booked a flight ticket on 21st of aug 2019 booking for delhi - hyderabad flight with booking id: if[protected]and the booking could not be confirmed due to payment failure. But the payment was deducted from my account for ticket but did not received any refund. Its been more than 45 days and the amount has not been refunded to my account. The issue has to be resolved on high priority....

I had booked a flight ticket from bangalore to goa and paid via upi but the ticket never got confirmed and i had to book a new ticket at a higher price as there is no customer care number provided by the company. I just have the details of the money deducted from my account but no other details or clarifications have been provided by the company. Last minute booking also cost us a lot and it seems to be very poor service...

about bus travel

On 31 oct i was traveling from jaipur to delhi with my friend. During travel operator was changed my bus as well as not drop us on time due to that we are not able to reach on exam centre on time. Then now who is responsible for that and who will pay for that an student or the medium ixigo or the bus operator. Bus timing for drop at karol bagh at 10:45 but they drop us at iffco chowk at 11:00 and they dont have facility of transport for karol...

I tried to book a flight through ixigo app on 01.11.2019 at 15.40 pm. Rs 3139/- deducted but it was shown that transaction was failed.
I want to know that till when we will get refund?
This type of incidence causes difficulty to consumer due to blockage of money.

I dont get rail tickets but its amount deducted

On 29/10/2019 i tried to book rail tickets on ixigo app from vadodara to pune, all procedures complete, payment done but i don’t get tickets.
Request you to cancel my transaction and refund my paid amount. I attached screenshots of my transactions.
I tried to book twice both time same thing happened. How we can relying on such applications....

ixigo payment successful but ticket booking failed

I made two transactions for booking from howrah to jasidih & jasidih to barauni tickets from ixigo and chose gpay for payment but ticket was not booked but in gpay statement its showing "transaction with ixigo successful". Debited amount - 3250.4, date and time : 01 nov 2019, 06:45am, upi transaction id[protected]. And 1800.40, date and time :01 nov 2019, 08:22 am, upi transaction id[protected]. I made a transaction for booking mumbai to banglore return tickets from ixigo and chose ola wallet for payment but ticket was not booked and in ixigo it showed payment failed But in ola wallet statement its showing "transaction with Ixigo successful". Debited amount - 4697, date and time : 30 oct 2019, 02:32 pm and transaction id d-EIHL-CATN-9R6P. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated...

Cleartrip sent mail to me for payment unsuccessful. But 14 days pass-out rs. 12, 424/- not credited in my a/c. Pl. Look in to the matter and resolve the issue at earliest....

I made the payment through google pay, the amount got deducted and payment was successful and when i came back to ixigo page i see no confirmation and no trip id generated.
