I had asked customer care to refund the money for above order and they are asking me to visit or speak to the store from where I ordered. This is insane. I am asking for refund of my money and store shouldn't have authority or control to dictate terms to the customer. Lenskart service is apathetic (call centre/email support). For any enquiry you do they give standard reply - "Please visit or call the store"...What are they getting paid for???...

I bought 6 pair of Bosch lenses, ordered from lenskart store.two were broken from circumference. I launch complaint on store first within a week. Got revert after a week to contact at customer service desk. Again I contacted service desk twice.
Still got no revert.

No one responding. Is this service which we lenskart give to its customers. Very bad.
