I bought a glasses from Lenskart. They were delivered to me on 31st Jan 2014. The frame was good but the power of the lenses were different from what I ordered. I have spend 30 minutes at Lenscart outlet at somajiguda hyderabad and selected a product and the price tag shows Rs 629, and when i proceeded for billing they are asking me to pay RS 1045, when questioned the manager he says its their policy to change the prices and they dont have resources to change the price tags when the price changes. That to he says they change it everyday for no reason.

AS per law these guys are not...

The provided glasses were too small to fit so returned them.
I asked for refund of complete amount 1250 in my bank account.
Numerous promises were made but till date 1200 rupees not credited in my account.

Store staff has deducted money from my Credit card for 2 Eyeglass Rs 2975 also not given any receipt/order ID for this money deducted & now after 2 days he is informing me that coupon code as informed by me is not working & I have to pay additional Rs 200 or take your money refund...

I went to the lenskart store last week to purchase contact lenses.The guy at the store should me some products on the website.. I asked him about the Bausch and lomb Iconnect contact lenses(6 lens box) and he told me that they the don't sell this product...To his surprise I showed him the lenskart website where the product was available.His mere reply was sorry... Placed an online order for lens and frame in lenskart with full payment but the agent who handled my request made lot many false promises regarding the delivery. It's been 20 days still i didnt receive my order neither a call from the courier staff.
Very worst service from lenskart and agent is completely irresponsible and made me to suffer a lot.
Because of such agents, customers like me will never return...

I have ordered and eyeglass on 26th of October-2016 and after 7 days they called me and telling the item which I ordered is out of stock and I need to select another item. Alternate eye glasses are not available in same price and they asked me to pay more amount. This is a kind of cheating. If the item is not in stock, they should not take the order. But after placing order i recieve a call from lenskart office from no [protected], the preson calling shows lenskarts inability to deliver the lens as that are not available but offer me some other lens (Aqualens) and says that that are also of better quality as bausch and lomb.
