Today I have purchased 3 rayban glasses from lenskart. There was some promotion going on and when I applied Promo code as INDIA, the order was placed with 100% discount.

This is not my fault and I have an email stating that my order is successfully placed. Now when I was waiting for my order to arrive, Lenskart cancelled them without even notifying me.

I have purchased a spectacle 4 months back, which had a 1 year warranty on frame coating.
On getting some frame coating issues after 4 months, I contacted Lenskart for warranty. They asked me to send back the spectacle and they would replace the frame.
I had sent the spectacles back to lenskart for frame replacement on 24 Feb 2016. But till date they are just asking more and more time.
I have spoken to around 20 different...

Poor Quality Frame

The quality of frames supplied are bad. Within few months the frame temples started breaking of its own due to poor and thin plastic used, The screws started coming out from the nose pads. They wont fit again due to poor threading. In fact all the threading and screws do not fit properly and come out. I am really upset with the quality of frames supplied.

I ordered a pair of glasses of VC and the optician took my eye power, when i checked the power i told him its wrong. He said its due to transposition and that its the same power but just a different way of writing the power. When i got my glasses and wore them, I started getting headaches due to the wrong power and again went to them to get them checked. The optician spoke very rudely not accepting his fault. In April15, they gave me an offer of 1000 Rs Paytm cashback. But I didn't get any. After doing lot of complaints online I was given 1000 Rs. cashback. Which later on turned out as a gift voucher. One year warranty specified on lens and now they say no warranty (Tokai lens)

I have purchased spects from lenskart and paid a good amount to buy Tokai lens which they say are world's thinnest lens. The page clearly mentions about warranty and even engineer who visited my home(his name is Eshwar) sold it to me saying that it will cover breakage.
