unethical behaviour

There was some technical error in the online payment when i placed the order.in spite of follow up and giving the bank transaction details, myntra did not place my order nor did they give me any status or refund of my money.

They promised me 48 hours and after that, they are now just giving me a date after 4 days.

The customer care gives the same reply even after follow up on phone, email, and social media....

damaged product received

I ordered boat rockerzzz 255 earphones from myntra. When the product is delivered, the condition of box is very bad and when i open the box, one earpiece is already damaged and i also cannot received extra ear buds which everyone gets. Then, i contact myntra customer care, the told me to wait but today they told me that my return request is declined....

for my recent (last order)

Have ordered 11 items all were clothes however myntra guys have delivered me wrong product of footwear which i never ordered at all. Further they are completely non supportive now as they are unable to track my order hence asking me to submit fresh order. Why should i submit fresh order. It's myntra's mistake. If the wrong product was sent instead of correct or if the courier person has goofed up why the customer should be penalised about...

received product without seal on box.

The order that i received was already opened by someone.
Extremely unhappy since this is something i was not expecting from myntra. I wanted to gift it to someone but was not able to do it since it was already opened.
Need you to take it back and replace with a new one or just give me my money back.

did not received my refunds

I purchased 3 products
1. Highstar grey jeans - rs 781
2. Here n now blue jeans - rs 935
3. Bitter lime combo jeggings - rs 999
I have returned all those 3 products due to quality n size issues
The products has been collected n there was a status that refund processed
It's been 12 days but refund has not been processed yet

refund didn't get in my bank account

I bought 2 items from myntra on 10 dec 2019 on 13 dec i return back 1 item and on 14 dec they proceed refund of 827 rupees for that item but i didn't get any refund. They provide me the reference number to track tha refund by bank but when i contact with bank they are unable to help me i out through this as they didn't receive any refund from myntra. return not made due to insider points credited

The company credited some insider points to my account without any agreement and now i am refused to return.
As per them, once points are credited no return could be placed. However i received a sub quality product but unable to return it.
I was not given any details o[censored]pdated terms and conditions and no communication was received.
The customer care is not bothered to help...

my order isn't placed but money got deducted from account

not accepting returns/exchange

I bought a boat blue-tooth earphones on sail and when i received the product i found out that the sound quality is really bad, also the blue-tooth was not working properly. money got debited but order is not placed for 5 items and i don't have any update on that.

Hi i placed and order with myntra on 23 dec, the amount got debited from my account with i made through google pay, but the order is not placed, i am trying to reach myntra customer care number but it is saying wrong number.
